Years ago gainst Man U when Tommy Doc was runnin them, and had been shaggin the physios missus. The Kop all started with "who's up Mary Brown, Whos up Mary Brown? Tommy Tommy Docherty...."

Doc took it all well and gave us a wave. As he sat down we all started with "You can stick your fuckin razors up yer arse, ye can ...."

Those were the days.....sigh!!!
All the badge kissing in the world don't make up for the fact that they are, frankly, not Liverpool Football Club. It's not their fault. Its just how it is.

My mate makes a point of shouting "ALEHOUSE!" at least twice a game during particularly quiet moments. Dunno why, but his lack of embarrassment amuses me  :lmao

When we played Arsenal a few years back, the 4-0 thrashing , that one. First time in the anny road and Arsenal are defending it. After a long spell of silence some guy jumps up and screams 'GRIMANDIIIIIII!!!, YOU SWEATY c*nt!!!'. Even Manninger turned round and smiled at that one.

A mate of mine's a Burnley fan. They were playing Birmingham when Blues were in the First Division and the winger came over to take a throw. He was dead skinny and had a scrawny neck. Some bloke shouts just as he gets to the ball near the wall "Hey you, why have you got a chicken's head?"

The Blues player heard him and went into a sulk.
Let's get out of here before they realise what we've done

Back in the 80's went to see a St Mirren v Hibs game (seemed a good idea at the time  :o)

Linesman flagged a goal for offside and as he run back up the line a St Mirren fan shouted "linesman your wife's a whore" and this was followed by a shout from further back of "what's her phone number"

If Kenny Dalglish had simply played football for Liverpool he would be an Anfield hero. However, the fact that he managed the club to even greater success guarantees him the status of a legend.

While waiting to take off on the plane to Amsterdam, en-route to Dortmund for the UEFA final, three reds got on the plane & headed towards their seats.  The first one of them was, to put it kindly, a rather large chap.  As he was edging along to the window seat his mate went,'Fuckinell Mick, they're arm rests, not cheek dividers'  I just about stopped laughing as we got to Schipol

One that sticks in my mind was a game against Wimbledon at Anfield about 1998 just after Christmas. We were rumored to be after a keeper at the time and Neil Sullivan was being linked with us a bit in the papers. Anyways, we were attacking the Kop in the 2nd half and every time the ball was at the other end of the ground, a lad in front of me, must have been about row 5 or 6 kept shouting "Sulli, Sulli, bet you'd love to play for a club like us wouldn't yer?"

After shouting this during intervals for about 20 minutes to no response the lad gave it what seemed to be one last go. "SULLI, SULLI, BET YOU'D LOVE TO PLAY FOR US WOULDN'T YER" he screamed. Sullivan then turned round to him, gave him the thumbs up, smiled and nodded, only to be met with "WELL, WE DON'T FUCKING WANT YER" Sullivan's face was a picture, he didn't smile or anything, just put his head down and jogged out to the 18 yard line. And thank fuck we didn't sign the useless Scottish tosser.

fuck, you must be sat right next to me. i rememeber that crystal clear.  the fella who shouted that says the same thing each match....whenever the ball does out of  play in a challenge he shouts "our ball...we paid for it". every match without fail..

Years ago, in the mists of time, when we used to play West Brom, it was customary to chant "Fuck off West Brom" once, then pause.  A lone voice would then chant "Fuck off West Brom".

Yeah.  Well perhaps it loses a bit in explanation, but it used to keep us amused for most of the match.
ah reminds me of one of our classic songs that made the kop so legendary
"oh i do like to be beside the seaside, oh i do like to be beside the sea
oh i do like to walk along the prom prom prom, where the brass band play ....[pause]..FUCK OFF WEST BROM."

see, its quality and creativity like that which is so missed on the kop nowadays...

As a kid on one of the rare occassions that I wasn't ihn the Kop I had a ticket for the front row of the Kemlyn. Niall Quinn came over to take a throw and I shouted "Fuckoff you useless Irish c*nt", Quinn smiled but as I sat down I noticed about 10 fellas snarling at me.........forgot about our population of paddys and visiting fans  ;D

A few here. Me arl fella told me about the St Ettienne (I think) night at anfield. Apparently it was the first time women bizzies had gone on horseback. Some fella from the crowds outside shouts at her, 'hey love yer horse looks tired der', quick as a flash this women bizzy turns round and says 'wouldn't you be if you'd between me legs for the last two hours'.

One of his mates who likes a bevvy or 20 was sat in a pub over the water one afternoon when John Barnes, Bruce Grobalaar and Elton Welsby walk in. Everyone was giving it ' ah your great you are john/brucie', me dads fat auld mate propping the bar up shouts out 'hey I swam fer England once'. Cue everyone turning round in disbelief 'what you, you fat twat?'. He then shouts ' yeagh I fucking did, fell off the back of a ferry'.

Same mate of me dads used to get picked up religously by the local taxi firm at 11.10pm every night, one night steaming, he farts and follows through. He gets in the taxi and the driver turns to him and says 'fucking hell mate, can you smell that?' to which me dads mate says 'smell it, I'm fucking sat in it lad!!!'.

remember playing ipswich at anfield sometime in the early 80's when they had a decent side, start of the 2nd half their goalie paul cooper is running up to the kop and gets the usual round of applause and claps back then a few lads start chanting "eric gates, eric gates" and he immediately started clapping only for them to carry on chanting "you're so fuckin ugly"

one game at anfield around 1990 can't remember who against, this linesman's got his flag up for offside everytime we go forward, anyways after about the 20th offside decision against us this old wag stood just in front of me shouts "fuckin hell linesman, if you get yer dick up half as much as that fuckin flag yer missus will be one happy lady"

not sure about this one as i wasn't at the game but my cousin told me about it, after a game at old trafford the police had kept the liverpool supporters in the ground for half an hour or so, on the way out this guy started banging a beer tray and singing "hp baked beans they're the beans for me" within seconds most of the liverpool supporters had started chanting it as they were getting a police escort back to the coaches, me cousin said it was well funny just being escorted down the road getting some strange looks from all the mancs

Another one was the 02/03 season when we got beat at St Andrews by Birmingham 2-1. The game was starting to heat up and a few challenges were flying in. Can't remember what happened, but Steve Bruce came right to the touch line moaning about something or other and this lad behind us let out the most blood curdling scream right at the top of his voice "STEVE BRUCE, HE'S GOT A BIG FAT HEAD". Although we've all sung that song to death before it was the delivery the lad sceetched it at which made it funny. Every time on our coach when Old Fat Head is mentioned me and my mate mention this & break up every time.

Not sure if it's been posted but what about during the same game when some fat brummie next to the away end stood up and started giving it some, all the reds gave an impromptu rendition of 'Have you ever seen your dick?' - even the Birmingham fans laughed at that  ;D

Was at Maine Road years ago, lots of snow on the ground and the bizzies were keeping us in for ages behind the old Platt Lane stand. Some fat copper was stood on the top of the steps and he responds to all the shouting with 'What do you all want?', a lad yells 'you, you fat c*nt' and knocks his helmet off with a perfectly thrown snowball-great moment.

My favourite was the retarded old Brummie who sat behind me (and I was behind Jon Hall) every week in the Lower C for about five years. This guy was "Bloody this, bloody that", and due to his advanced sense of alliteration ( ::)) it helped if the player's surname began with 'B'. So Babb, Bjornebye and Berger were his favourites.

His greatest moment was when Berger left his left-wing berth to go over to the right side to take a corner (an inswinger at the Kop end, with his left foot, obviously). The ball comes into the box and is headed out towards what was our left-midfield position.

This guy stands up and shouts, without a hint of irony - his words coloured with sheer anger: "Bloody Berger, you're out of position again..."

hahahaha the brummie fronting it, forgot that one.  right down the manhole.

I remember after the postponed Wolves game, the plod were escouting everyone back to the station, pushin everyone to keep them in line, "Scouse this, scouse that."  Some lad asks a young officer if there was chance we could all have a bevvy somewhere.  "No fuckingway".  A few minutes later ...  "Officer ... can I go and see Harry Potter somewhere please?"  Officer looked confused went over and asked his chief, whose stare at the lad told the story.

United this year were some Manc was giving it loads to the coach, someone shouts "Fire exit", someonegoes to open it, and the Manc was bailing it quicker than thatBrummie fell down the manhole.

Monaco away last November.  Shit game, shit atmosphere, and an announcement to the 3000 reds desperate to get back to Nice to get a bevvie in that there's a train about half an hour after the game finishes.

Sure enough, we get kept in by the jack-booted bizzies, and after about 20 minutes comes

"And now yer gonna believe us,
and now yer gonna believe us,
and now yer gonna believe us ...

...

We're gonna miss the train!"

Highly illegal.................. the pilot would not take off from Rome until the stewards had gone round the plane and taken everybody's name, to leave a passenger manifest at the airport, in case we crashed(its the law,apparently)...................Dodgyest police operation ever seen... :o

The best thread I've ever read, brilliant lads.

I have my own little story as well.

I'm a resident of Burnley, and if Liverpool are playing away on the Saturday or they are playing on the Sunday, quite often I will go and watch Burnley with my mates.  Anyways, they have Jeff Brown (the guy from the Safestyle UK™ advert - "I said 0800 106 107 NOW!!" etc) doing a bit of a warm up before the match kicks off, you probably saw him on Tuesday night.  Anyway, I guy a work with, lives right across the road from him, and knows him well, and around 3 weeks before a particular match I went on (Coventry I think) Jeff's wife ran off with a guy she met at the gym.  My mate finds out and tells everyone at work.

So I'm on this match, and Jeff comes out and starts warming up, so I starts laughing my head off and telling my mates about him and his wife, and then the tannoy starts playing a few records.  The second one on is "I would walk 500 miles" by The Proclaimers.  It get's to the chorus and then get's on to the "da da da da" bit.  I had a bit of a brainstorm and the next time that bit comes round I yells at the top of my voice "WHERE'S YA WIFE GONE??, WHERE'S YA WIFE GONE??".  Cue about 50 people around me turning round and giving me confused stares whilst my mates are falling about the place.  Best thing is, by the next time I went on, about 10 games later, the whole section where my mates sit were singing that bit in unison when the played the record, and they still do now.

In the days of the old standing Kop......... late 80s/early90s...........
So the games about 10-15 minutes old and the ref has not given us one single decision yet................ And I say to my mate behind me "who's the ref" meaning who/is he/ what name etc(look at your f*cking programme for me),................. to which he replies in his loudest possible voice......."THE MAN IN THE BLACK"................. to which about 30 people around me looked right at me and pissed themselves laughing.......................

Our kids mates story this....

After the game in Rome 2001 there was chaos in the Airport and the Italian Bizzies where getting nervous and pushing people about a bit....one Scouse lad nicked a megaphone off the bizzies and started shouting through it.... "Don't Panic! ...Dont Panic"...then the bizzies lost it and  kicked off on everyone hitting them with batons..at which point the wag shouted .... "PANIC!! ...PANIC!!"

 ;D good ol giggle

In the days of the old standing Kop......... late 80s/early90s...........
So the games about 10-15 minutes old and the ref has not given us one single decision yet................ And I say to my mate behind me "who's the ref" meaning who/is he/ what name etc(look at your f*cking programme for me),................. to which he replies in his loudest possible voice......."THE MAN IN THE BLACK"................. to which about 30 people around me looked right at me and pissed themselves laughing.......................
.........................mates.........what tw*ts, when they want to be ::)

was at the daily mirror final and glenavon had i short fat keeper in goal, i stood up and shouted at him

'whens the last time you saw your dick'

he then turned round and dropped his shorts  :lmao

also the same match were coming home on the supporters bus and this can near crashed into the side of the bus

the bus started chanting

'were going home in the back of an ambulance'

and during a glentoran match my mate jumped up when chris walker was coming on
and he shouted
