Good luck to the lad, always wanted him to do well here but I guess it wasn't to be. Think he's got the making of a decent PL full back though.

Just read this in a newspaper over here. Thought we'd keep him, maybe loan him out.

Good luck to him.

Thought he would have been the one to kick on and not Flanno! Just goes to show how much can change. Heard he's gone straight on loan to Huddersfield to link up with Coady. He'll be on the ale with Kelly next year in Landon :D

Strange move going straight on loan to Huddersfield. Feel like he would have had a chance to crack that QPR squad. But good luck to the lad!

Think Jack Robinson and Jon Flanagan show what how huge a difference in attitude (and working hard until you get 1 chance) is when it comes to breaking through in football.

Good luck to him there, but can't see him ever moving above that level

Disappointing he didn't push on. Showed so much poise and ability when he completely stifled Walcott on his debut was it? Thought he would make it for sure - showed very good pace and pretty much tackled and blocked every cross Walcott and whoever else was subbed on to play on his side made.

Didn't realise he had been shipped out on loan by QPR, bit guttednow, we might as well have done that ourselves and kept him in case he did actually reach his potential. After all, it's not like we got a bif fee or anything.

Ah well, good luck Jack, hope it works out

If he was a world beater I doubt that would make any difference especially now Suarez has gone, but it did show a worrying attitude for a kid to go off at a senior player especially when he was so horribly in the wrong. Anyway I'm sure it was dissected on here at length at the time and probably just heat of the moment so good luck to the lad.

Same here.

Well ahead of Flanagan,  McLaughlin and even Brad Smith. Just seemed to (injuries I know) stagnate and even go backwards. Good luck to the lad anyway.

Just read on Wiki that Jack Robinson joined Huddersfield on loan (form QPR) at the start of last season but then injured his knee in March (2015) and appears to have been injured ever since  :(

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Robinson_(footballer,_born_1993)

He made the left-back position his own after a difficult start, but his loan ended early after he jarred his knee in the 1-1 draw against Birmingham City on 14 March 2015. A scan later revealed he needed surgery ruling him out for between 9–12 months, prematurely ending his loan with the Terriers.

Very sad.

He seemed a rolls royce of a player.

Ironically, in the days when he was there we wanted a Moreno but now we want a Robinson.

Ah well, C'est la vie, hopefully he puts his head down and works his way up.

Jack's started 6 consecutive matches to start the season for Holloway's QPR.  Hope his knees hold together.
