Sorry for those who've missed out.

But, for those who were lucky - how does the website queuing system work?   
Does it make any difference at what time you log into the site and sit on the landing page before the waiting list clicks in.

I've usually had 2 laptops, an IPad, a desktop PC and a couple of smartphones all ready to go and each time the waiting time seems to be random on every one.  One can show 10 minutes and one can be an hour plus.

I share your frustrations mate, but this is addressing the symptom rather than the actual problem, which is two-fold:

1) UEFA (allocations)
2) Touting

That's what needs to be addressed. What the club do with their measly allocation we can all spend our time talking about, but it won't change the fact that thousands who should be sorted, won't be.

Season ticket holder since 5, now 28, never had a ticket from these ballots.

Didn't they use to go off the fan card number so if your card ended in such a number you got a ticket and they rotated the numbers so each person would get to go a final eventually.

Never going to have a system that will please everyone, or even the majority.  They need to start with UEFA and the allocations, it's a joke what the clubs get.

SO the piece from SOS and Spurs Official Supporters asking all of the sponsors to try and give back some of the allocation so that supporters can actually go to the game. Unlikely be on the black market as always but good on the two groups highlighting it

To be fair, the only way that will really work is if the club start actually tracking who goes. If people buy away tickets and pass them on then the system will remain as it is.

100%. I actually think our system for the ballot is pretty fair. In an ideal world whoever collects the ticket in Europe gets the credit too but people share tickets - it's just part of football.

So many tickets should not go to neutrals. UEFA knows their neutral tickets will be touted for thousands for these sorts of games but turn a blind eye.

Also, the Spurs criteria for a ticket is interesting. My friend (in his 20s) doesn't qualify but his dad who has a lot of historic (but not so many recent) credits does qualify. Their points seem to be a cumulative type system which just seems a bit unfair on the younger lads / those who didn't have family/friends that could take them/afford football from their youth.

Just had the unsuccessful text, waiting list positions 1037 and 1038.  At least they've group the waiting list positions together, last year I had 5000 and 11000!!!!
