Well... on 7 credits in tomorrow’s sale. Just thought I’d shove a ticket in my basket. Logged in and it let me checkout. Filled in the form entered card details in. Clicked confirm but said you needed to be logged in to complete purchase. Got my hopes up that I Somehow got a ticket sorted.

So basically if we don’t purchase in the guaranteed sale, the tickets get returned Into the pot for the next sale. The only exception being the top level hospo/players etc , they get them guaranteed and if they don’t buy there’s that’s what is in the return sale for games

That queuing system's a joke. My estimated waiting time was 15 mins, then 19, then 22, then down to 17 then up to 30 and now it's gone to 1 hour 35.

Glad I took the day off now as my net is clearly faster than at work (even if I did kick the hub's socket at 10.58 and had a slight panic )

Queue of a minute and in at 1,20 so all sorted.

I was going to pick them up from the ground (if not selected for collection over there again) but no option. Going to be a bloody nuisance unless they come when I am at home, but with Palace away even a Saturday us no good

If you can basket another and call them, they can fix the false "doesn't qualify" issue. Did it for me with Napoli.

i had same issue. Sorted the 3 that were ok (was worried about my time before it logged me out) and rang ticket office who sorted out the 4th that the system said didnt qualify. Pain in the arse,

I reckon you’ve just been incredibly unlucky there. I had five devices: one 2 mins, two 3 mins, two 16 mins. All got in when they should have. Were you just trying with one device?
