Yes Allen vs him when he makes those powerful runs forward are my biggest worry. Especially as Moreno is also on that side.

But they have way more to worry about us, so it shouldn't make much difference.

If Newcastle are playing a 5-3-2 it will be Dummet dropping in as another CB and Colback going LWB. He's been a good CM for them so that would be positive, but if it's just him and Anita in the middle you'd have to fancy our chances there. Lucas ought to be ready to double up on Sissoko with Moreno, Milner will be happy to help Clyne out on the other side. Should be a good game, feeling nerves now - that's fun.

Milner and Lucas will handle that. Wijnaldum running from deep is quite a worry too that is if they manage to come out their own half.

Me too. Said it earlier in the week but the starting line up etc doesn't bother me as any team we put out is strong.

Not sure. Wondered if one of them would play deeper turning into a central 3 while we zip it about, hoping to get us on the counter through their wing backs etc. Could be a diamond as you say tho.

I'm convinced Newcastle wont hold cohesion for the full 90 minutes. I think they'll gradually be compressed and crushed into their own half and ultimately buckle.

0-0 at half isn't too bad. Newcastle are very competitive, the key is to grind them down but our quality in their half has to improve in order to accomplish that.
