What is the probability?
Did they do it before?

they've played friendlies against Barcelona twice at Murrayfield, plus they have also held some European games there previously. Only snag is that the rules regarding stadiums changed and Tynecastle is now a European-standard ground, so they are perfectly entitled to hold the match at home. Romanov knows a money-making scheme when he sees one though, so hopefully they will open this one out to a wider audience. Loads of lads in the office here who support Hearts are scrabbling around already calling in favours, so trust me the demand will be there.

Will be sorted for both games, albeit may have to sit in the home end for the first leg. Wife has a season ticket at Tyncastle and can't go

Reckon they will shift this to murray field.  You will bring plenty up and the hearts fans will be made up with this draw.

My Dad is a Hearts fan. I texted him the draw. He replied, "Easy one for the Jambos."

Haha.

Strangely, my Hearts supporting mate thinks there'll be no point going to Anfield because the game will be well and truly over by the end of the first game.

Fully expect this to be at Tynecastle.

As the tie is likely to be seen as a Category A match, there is talk that tickets will be £45 (could be wrong of course).

Home tickets seem to be on sale tomorrow at 10am.  :)

all very much beatable so don't really care who we get. Even another trip to Budapest to see Debrecen doesn't sound too awful as we had a brilliant time there last time round.

For the play-offs, the third qualifying round winners join the 14 losing sides from the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round and further teams who begin their European campaigns here.

There are 62 teams in total and they will be divided into five groups of ten and one group of 12, with an equal number of clubs seeded and unseeded within each. Sides from the same association cannot be drawn against each other.

For each group, balls containing the seeded sides are placed in one bowl and balls containing unseeded teams in another. A ball is taken from each bowl and placed in a large empty bowl in the middle, where they are shuffled. The first club drawn plays the first leg at home. Taken from UEFA website, next up is group stages. Play Off dates are 23 & 30 August.

Thanks, I got it. I think...
