RAWK's biggest football hipster strikes again. Hazell has cracked the ultimate draft formula here. Step 1: draft a sexy Argie or Brazilian legend. Step 2: fill your team with hipster players. Step 3: profit.

Man for man, I actually think Lawnmower has better players. Candela, Jones, Mendieta, Trezeguet, Di Natale are all good players who have achieved hipster status through various means and people remember fondly while elevating them well beyond their actual level. Older players like Chumpitaz, Dzajic, Aldridge, and Conti are sadly always overlooked. It's been a problem in RAWK drafting since the dawn of time. And when teams with these players lose in finals it only compounds the issue because it makes others all pick more hipster players and less older players. I do it too. My first instinct was to vote for Hazell because I love all these players having grown up with them, but in reality Jones vs Dzajic and Candela vs Conti is a slaughter. Two of the greatest wingers ever versus two good fullbacks. Jones was a huge fave of mine, but the truth is he never reached his potential thanks to injuries. I also like Candela a lot, but Conti is in the best wingers of his era, Candela wasn't even the best French left back in his. Hard luck, LM. Just draft some more hipsters next time.

Ah, was always fighting an uphill battle coming in at round 5. Those primo vote getters were all gone by then. But yeah, Hazells done some duping here alright. A bad draft slut who's been around the draft block a long time now. Knows exactly what titillates and excites the clientele. Can't blame Hazell for the duping though. It's the masses who got suckered into it i blame. We're talking the same mouth breathers who were duped into voting for Brexit. You know, like their hipster players, their bananas bendy, their passposts blue and their fish and chips dripping in poisonous newspaper ink. He's the Reese Mogg of drafts. He just sits back and lets the votes roll in
