we are soooooo good. Seems like the quality didnt even drop. Love the bit where Gomez just nicks the ball off the bournemouth player when he shifted to CB just like he was playing in that position for the whole game.

AA coming on just shows how we missed him at RB. The drop off in quality is a bit of a gulf. No disrespect to Gomez of course.

Keita looks like he is warming up to the game quite nicely. Salah cute little touches to the running midfielders is a thing of beauty as well.

Lovren looks like he is off to Shaq's salon.

He played with an abdominal problem for a long time as well, which is why he was out for much of last season as he had to get it taken care of

Lovren was due to come off yet him and Hendo played their own little game with twelve passes to each other and no one thought to press from Bournemouth.
Delightful passes  from Hendo and Salah for the goals.
Keep it tight get a couple more hopefully.
Shame about Aké, he is a very good footballer.
Travelling Kop in good voice. Some golden oldies given an airing.

Hello seasonal centre back crisis, we’ve been expecting you...

Hopefully just a niggly one for Dejan. Pretty much a classic away performance of this season so far. Glad Naby scored, he gave the ball away a couple of times in dangerous spots that we got away with, hopefully his confidence is up after that tidy finish. Fingers crossed no more injuries and just a controlled second half not letting them back in with any lapses.

Good 1st half performance. We're getting a bit thin on CB's now though. Can't even call on Fabinho to do a job there either. Gotta hope Joe doesn't do anything rash now.
