This was back for me again today, but with a twist.
First refresh after 08:15, the match appeared, but when I clicked, I'd wrongly selected the coach travel to Bournemouth. (Could have sworn I selected the match, but that was probably my mistake.) When I navigated back to the list of events, neither the match nor the coach travel were showing. Both were there on my partner's account, so was able to book the match there. Match appeared on my own account about three minutes later.
It's as if it's still uses a cached version of that page from before 08:15, no matter whether you press F5 of CTRL-F5.
