Every decent self respecting man should have a beard! If it grows let it grow ;)
Can't see me shaving my beard anytime soon, not really that long yet but I like having a beard and the ladies agree ;)

Well, maybe about 2,5 to 3 years. To be honest it would look much longer if i'd had the energy or motivation to do something with it but can't be bothered. Now it's almost forming dreadlocks already.

Is right. Am gonna have a proper go at growing a beard when it starts to get colder. I'll give it more than the usual 3/4 weeks before it gets shaved off as well.

Miss it already :(

Had a beard for the last 5 months (trimmed, not a 5 month growth) and looking in the mirror is a total mindfuck. I look like a totally different person. Very weird

Well.. Seems like I lied a bit.. Wasn't supposed to shave anytime soon but..
Got so fucking tired of people choking me in Jiu-Jitsu with my beard in the middle always! It's uncomfortable enough with just the choking without grabbing my beard at the same time. It always on the way sooo.. got rid of it.
Well, next time I'll shave will be again in about 3-4 years.. :D

Couldn't dare to shave all so had to leave the moustache ;)

but lost about 2 stones and 10 years by shaving.. :D

My beard grows very, very quickly.

I shaved on sunday for the first time in 3 weeks and I looked like Grizzly Adams. Mine is a multitude of colours as well, brown, ginger, blonde, black and grey.

Man this is weird without the beard.. Everytime I look in the mirror it takes a second to realize who's there (and now with the moustache I always laugh a little).
Hate the feeling that in the wind you get this cold breeze all the time in your chin and collum. Never happened with a beard, it was like a natural scarf.
Takes time to get used :D

That's a brilliant beard.
So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

Been growing one not by choice...the itchiness gets to you in the beginning but you learn to get used to it especially in winter.

Looks smart though if you keep it trimmed.

There's a tops band in Australia called "The Beards".

With songs like "If your Dad doesn't have a beard, you've got two mums", "Beard Revolution", "No Beard No Good", "Growing A Beard", and "Who told you to shave off your beard?"

We saw them live a while ago and they had us in stitches. The drummer had a dodgy looking Beard on, that was pretty long and looked fake. Halfway through he joking pulls it down in comedy fashion, only to rip it off and reveal his TRUE beard which was longer than the fake.

Amazing.

Check out the video for "If your dad doesn't have a beard." It's brilliant.

I don't know how to say this but your eyes are weird.  Shame about them but I suppose you can't pick the way your eyes look.   Yet.
Quote from: Dion Fanning

The chants for Kenny Dalglish that were heard again on Wednesday do not necessarily mean that the fans see him as the saviour. This is not Newcastle, longing for the return of Kevin Keegan. Simply, Dalglish represents everything Hodgson is not and, in fairness, everything Hodgson could or would not hope to be.

Personally, I always get to the stage where after a week or so I start looking scruffy, so I end up shaving for work.  However, I always had a slight admiration for Scorcese's well kept beard in Taxi Driver and Pacino's beard in Serpico:

Grew a beard in the five-odd weeks leading up to my 21st birthday a few years ago so that my reissued over-21 New York State driver's license would preserve that time in my life when I aspired, looked toward the heavens and, with outstretched fingers, touched the (hirsute) face of God.

I eagerly anticipate renewing my license at age 29.
