At one point today, couldn't get RAWK to load on my laptop stateside, running Chrome, got the following error message a couple times in succession...

This site can’t be reached
www.redandwhitekop.com took too long to respond.
Try:
•   Checking the connection
•   Checking the proxy and the firewall
•   Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Not certain if that's important or noteworthy...

Yeah it's down for me on both WiFi and mobile data. Managed to get on via the IP address so I guess it's a DNS issue.

Can't access the site at the moment 99% of the time on bt broadband. Turning my vpn on fixes it tho.

The bookmark on my other phone has been gummed up. Everytime I use it it takes me to some odd, generic search page. I'll try clearing the cache and see if that fixes it. Ok on this phone though.

Site became inaccessible for me on mobile date around half-time yesterday. Naturally I assumed the wholly positive half-time thread had broken the internet.

Other than that I've had no issues

The site is still iffy for me, cutting in and out, especially on my phone. Using my VPN seems to help on my laptop though. I'll see about subbing for the server costs.

John, I think it would be good to ask the people who are here evrey day and have thousands of post's under their name but have never contributed. We all know who they are.

I have an iPhone XS running iOS 15.6.1, standard build with no VPN's, firewalls or AV products running.

Last couple of weeks RAWK has been awful on my phone. Can try to go on it and sometimes loads within 30 seconds or not at all. This happens when using mobile data and on wi-fi at various locations.

Walking to work this morning and tried to access but to no avail. Tried on Safari and got a white screen for about two minutes then the following error "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding".

Tried the Google app, searched for Red and white kop and after about 90 seconds got the following "The web page is not available".

Tried other web sites and they all load straight away with no problem so its not a phone or signal issue on my part.

Loads fine on my M1 Macbook Air at home and my work laptop, so whatever's changed only seems to be affecting me on my iPhone.

I ended up setting up PayPal specifically to make a contribution. And not used it for anything else.

I pay by monthly direct debit so I'm sure there's a way to do a bank transfer. I think the ways to contribute are in the first post of one of the two support rawk threads 👍

Getting lots of timeouts over the past 48 hours when browsing the site. Not sure if just me or others too.
