It's mad to think the gap between 1st and 9th in the women's skeleton was smaller than the gap between gold and silver in the men's!

Cram was saying that South Korea are one of the favourites to win the women's curling the other day to be fair.

Mixed emotions watching all this unfold today.....  Christie unlucky or mentally frail? Magnificent Yarnold showing her how to deal with pressure, then the curlers letting S.Korea take the win.
Love it all though :)

Always thought it was a bit suspicious, did almost nothing of note in his career, won a medal in the Olympics then got disqualified for failing a drug test...

I just read the background to this and it looks like he was entirely innocent. Even the panel who took away his medal said it was unintentional. He had a trace amount of a non-performance enhancing compound in his system which he proved was from a Vicks inhaler. Absolutely bonkers that they took the medal away from him based on something which apparently hundreds of other athletes have gotten away with. It's a bizarre story.

Esther Ledecka is poised to win Women's Super G and then she's competing in snowboard in a few days. Amazing!

Yeah that was great, loved the utter disbelief on her face & the cameraman telling her she'd won then her replying that there must be some mistake

Loved the men's figure skating final..Hanyu was a deserved winner but would've liked to have seen the Spaniard Fernandez take silver instead of bronze..it was a great routine....looking forward to the women's events later in the week..

Every time Ive watched the curling GB have been terrible. That 3rd on the women's team is absolutely useless, keeps leaving the skip with loads to do.

A Russian failing a doping test? Well I never.

Funny isn't it how they've won exactly 0 gold medals so far with a team full of (supposedly) clean athletes after topping the medal table in Sochi.

The thing that got me with this story is that the athlete in question using a substance linked with systematic doping is in fucking curling! If you're doping in curling, then what aren't you doping in?
