After getting meningitis in 19 and covid in 20, losing 2 jobs and being medically retired at 54 What else could be better to do than attempt to walk as much as I could for mental health charity after me mate Fergal took his own life last year.

I won’t make it all. I’ll be lucky to make it halfway but I’m going to try because he was boss. I met him and his family a few years after moving to London in the 80s looking for work.
