Just backed Safarova at 8/11.

Her record after going a set down recently's been bizarre. Be very shocked if she loses from here.

Broken in her first service game back. Probably because I jumped on it as well.

I topped up a bit.

Lucie Safarova   Lucie Hradecka   2-6 6-3 6-3
Marion Bartoli   Lucie Safarova   6-3 3-6 7-6(7)
Caroline Wozniacki   Lucie Safarova   6-1 6-4
Lucie Safarova   Petra Martic   1-6 6-4 6-2
Lucie Safarova   Shuai Zhang   4-6 6-0 7-6(5)
Lucie Safarova   Michaella Krajicek   6-7(4) 6-4 6-2
Lucie Safarova   Johanna Konta   4-6 7-5 6-3
Julia Goerges   Lucie Safarova   2-6 7-5 6-2

Obviously Bartoli/Wozi are far, far better players than the rest, so can be considered anomalies to a certain extent. Slightly worried as there's a stupid WTA trend of women going on to lose after getting bagelled in the first set, then winning the second and taking all initiative.

Surprise, surprise, John Isner involved in another tie-break. Had a look at the odds aswell at the beginning of the set - 4/6, awful.

Evens for TB in the 3rd is hardly an inviting price either.

Neither can muster a thing on the other's serve so I don't think it is too bad.

They'll be far worse even money shots out there today.

Nope.

Almagro had 2 break points in the first set (in 1 game) and nothing since.

EDIT - Only 2 games to 40 all match.

Safarova & Zakopalova being made to play on despite the rain and both wanting to stop and come off.

Mardy Fish     -1.5 sets @ 8/15

Ljubicic +6.5 games @ 10/11

just backed under 44.5 games in Almagro Youzhny @ 11/10.

32 games so far with Youzhny 2-1 up. Almagro only won one point on the Youzhny serve last set where as Youzhny had deuce in four of Almagros service games.

Depends who you talk to as Tomic has his fair share of supporters in these parts.

Personally, I've backed Malisse and relatively strongly as well @ 4/7. Although he can be a bit of a headcase at times, Malisse is a solid grass court player and comes here in good form with him taking a set off Murray at Queens and getting to the SFs in Holland before SW19. The awful first set against Mayer aside (where it was blowing a gale) he's barely been troubled so far in this tournament and has looked strong on his serve (conceded just 2 breaks in 9 sets with that set against Mayer forgiven) and I think he'll be too strong for Tomic depsite the significant strides that Tomic has taken during the first week.

Doubled him up with Lopez for 11/10.

Having a small go on Tsonga and Lopez 3-0 too.

Kubot's going to be rushing into the net all the time and given his level of composure when Roddick was doing the same, I just think Lopez is over priced.

All over Pironkova tomorrow. She should be much shorter.
So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

Fuck it. Had a 6-fold going, 4 had won but Lopez was 2 sets down and looked like fucking the bet up. Along comes Williams and loses to Pironkova which now means Lopez will storm back and win and it'll be the same old fucking story of one player letting me down. Sure enough Lopez is now 2-2. :butt

I think Sabine wins. I was hoping for a overreaction to Serena win and having Lisicki at a bigger price.

Stay away from Kvitova vs Pironkova.

STAY AWAY.

Why? What have you heard as I'm pretty heavily involved on Kvitova in the outrights?

Nothing, just that price on her's a slight overreaction to that can of ass whoop she had earlier.

Pironkova's second serve's garbage, she'll need to keep that % high or Kvitova will ruin her. Think the play is 2-0 or nothing.

I like Lisicki too. Nothing in the other two.

I've not seen enough of Tomic this week, but his record is obviously really impressive - Novak looked worrying against Baggy, if Tomic can get an early break then Novak might lose his head again.

I fancy Murray to do Lopez in 3, beating big servers has never been a problem for Andy and Lopez is coming off the back of a 5 setter, whilst Andy eased to victory.

Would have to see the odds but I think its in with a good chance, Nadal will drop a set against Fish though - i'm confident of that.

Over 3.5 sets in the Tsonga game at evens is a bet IMO, Tsonga's 91% on his first serve in the last two matches. Beating Fernando Gonzalez and David Ferrer in straight sets is pretty amazing.

Think Novak and Andy will win comfortably, can see 3-0 in both to be honest. Pointless capping Nadal as regardless of whether he say's he's fit it's too tough to know whether he's 100%.

Like the look of there to be a Tiebreak in the match at 4/6. As you said Tsonga has served huge in his last two matches and Fed will struggle to break if he can get a decent percentage of serves in. As for Fed, Tsonga has failed to break him in their last 3 matches. Looks a big price.

This was today's MUG BET btw, which intended to keep me preoccupied.

Petra Kvitova (CZE) - Tsvetana Pironkova (BUL) (How many games will be played in the match?)    Under 21,5    Over 21,5    89.90    489/50    -
Dominika Cibulkova (SVK) - Maria Sharapova (RUS) (How many games will be played in the match?)    Under 20,5    Under 20,5
Sabine Lisicki (GER) - Marion Bartoli (FRA) (2Way - Who will win?)    Sabine Lisicki (GER)    Lisicki
Tamira Paszek (AUT) - Victoria Azarenka (BLR) (How many games will be played in the match?)    Under 19,5    Under 19,5

To make things worse, I had a powercut all day so only saw Azarenka's match and the first set of Lisicki.

Ended up reading a book.

Had a small go on Nadal -5.5 at bwin.

If Fish wins a set it's gonna be on a TB, or one break, max. Can possibly see him winning one of the first two, but I think in the end Rafa will grind him down. I'm expecting a scoreline similar to the one against JMDP, albeit slightly more comprehensive.

6-4 6-7 6-3 6-1, something like that.
