I don't like it, feels like I'm in a parallel universe when I look at those pics. It's very unsettling.

Thanks for posting that Medellin.

The league title has come and gone,  we have another European Cup,  yet watching peak Fernando Torres in a red shirt,  that anticipation every week,  his grace on the pitch... It had an ethereal,  almost divine quality.  It's a different kind of high to winning trophies,  I'm glad we soared with him.

Yes, that was a great interview with him. It's wonderful how so many of our ex-players all want to come back to Anfield and watch the team when they're retired. At his peak he was one of the most exciting players I had watched.

I dont really think i have had a favorite player since he left

It really annoyed when he left but it is a long time ago now.

He really was awesome

Within a few games for us I was just amazed how good he was.

I only saw him live once, a very dull match at home to City at the end of the 2007-8 season we won 1-0.

Richard Dunne marked him and did a fantastic job, Torres literally only got away from him once all game and scored for a 1-0 win. That is one mark of a world class striker in operation, lethal!

I thought you were talking about the Villa game in 08-09 where nothing happened until Torres scored from his only chance.

What's it about?
I speak verrrrrry basic Spanish so it's a mystery to me, but he seemed to be in his kids nursery or something.
Although the rings above his head would suggest that it may also double up as his home gym.

I'd hazard a guess that he was saying that he's now going to be entering the business of interior design with a side hustle of selling his own version of the the Atletico shirt on the side..

Well, that's what the visuals allude to.

Back home at Atleti as a Youth Team Coach. Not sure I saw him moving into coaching if I’m honest, but will offer huge inspiration for the youngsters over there you’d think.

He loves football, and he loves Atletico. Could always see him staying in football.

Shame that 07-10 team didn't win any silverware, glad that we got to see Kuyt, Johnson, Maxi, Agger and Skrtel lift the League Cup in 12'.

A Torres/Suarez partnership would have been absolutely terrifying. What a shame it never happened for us.

So many close things

Owen/Torres never happened
Torres/Suarez never happened
Suarez/Salah never happened
Suarez/Mane never happened

All of those could easily happened
