They have to face a better side than that next. On that evidence, they won't be in the CL next season.

The play 120 minutes.

Lose their best player..

Have a really difficult away match in about 66 hours...

They also have two energy sapping semi finals...

Can't argue with that,,

Beşiktaş v Lyon penalties in a few mins.

Why do you do it to yourselves!!!

Thought it was entertaining watching the most expensive team in football history struggling to beat a conference side.

The good Schalke and bad Schalke turned up in the same game. Absolutely impossible to predict what they're going to do from one minute to the next.

yep!

I had more hope for Schalke against the Mancs though, so long as it was the good Schalke. Ajax for all the the good last week, also looked pretty bad a lot of the game tonight.

Hopefully they get battered in the semi's

Name's on the trophy I reckon, I don't see any team good enough to do them over two legs. Ajax have been crap tonight and are barely going to go through, while the less said about the rest the better. I suppose if one of them gets lucky in the final...

Not arsed if they do to be honest. Playing like that, they'll be embarrassed in the CL.

We might even get a chance to knock them out ourselves if the football gods are kind.

They literally just scraped past a shite Belgian team, and have lost Ibra and Rojo to injury. A team with better attacking players can easily knock them out.
