Estate agents not getting back to simple questions after 3 days, 4 emails and 2 phone calls.

Negotiate with the flys, see if you can persuade them to go on an estate agent office-based assault...

Pitch for New sitcom idea, “Craig’s Place”

Liverpudlian lad Craig, figured setting up home in his dockside apartment was going to be a breeze.  However, our hapless young tenant didn’t foresee rogue landlords, idiot neighbours, incompetent estate agents and an infestation of flies would shatter his dreams and ensured hilarity ensued.

Door mirror glass came loose on the car, managed to peel it off before it fell off. Bought some 3M tape, been applying it to back of mirror after 4 1/2 pints this afternoon, all going well, then got distracted, caught a slight scraping sound before I heard the mirror smash on the floor, fucking thing slid off the bonnet :no :butt

Just nipped the shop in the car, come back and they've closed the road about 10m from the street I park down. No matter how much I told him I just need to nip through to park the car as I live opposite he wouldn't move the cones  :no :no

It's funny how we picture things, isn't it?

I see Rob1966 and Mrs Rob as sort of a George and Mildred type sit-com.

Craig's ongoing estate agent/property exploits now have me envisaging a Rising Damp scenario with Craig as a tenant and Rigsby, his landlord, getting away with murder.  :D

I don't escape on this either. Craig has me down as an ageing Gok Wan due to my 'New Kit' thread exploits.  :-[

Yep.

I see AlphaDelta and his mates dancing around in his garden under the light of a full moon to the theme tune of London's Burning, wearing nothing but Fireman's helmets.

(Willy's tucked between their legs and a young buxom girl tied to the top of a bonfire, if we want to get a little darker)

For dancing in the street

However; I prefer your version  ;D
If your moral compass is Piers Moron then I ask you to think whether someone who oversaw illegal phone hacking and published fake pictures depicting War Crimes is an appropriate person to look up to. In fact, I'd suggest you're a bit of a c*nt.

Anyway, there's plenty of moans about couriers, but what is the point of a tracking process that says "out for delivery"
It's completely useless, especially when you've had an email confirming the date and a 4 hour window.

At least Yodel for all the stick they get tell you what drop you are and how many drops before delivery.

When we lived in civilisation deliveries were generally excellent however now we've removed ourselves from it to the wilds of Anglesey delivery times change from next day to maybe the end of the week or early next week with no further updates then they arrive 2 or even 3 days earlier than expected.

If we do have a courier actually give us a time it's usually between 7am and 10pm, there's no 4hr time slots here 😁

I used to cause chaos in work when we didn't have a branch in Aberdeen and a local to my Branch shopfitter was working there. Dundee did the deliveries and they'd want stuff delivering each day, I basically tied Dundees van up every day of the week for about a month and my customer would only order through me, even though they can use any Branch in the UK, the Transport Manager in Dundee fucking hated me ;D  I even got shit off the company Operations Director, the Manc bastard.

people who say - ying and yang

it's YIN and yang for fs

if you're going to use ancient chinese philosophy in a sentence then do so correctly dammit

and, as has been said many times, people (usually either educated people or schoolgirls) who start ALL THEIR SENTENCES with 'so...'

there's no need - it's redundant

if you say - so this is the place where he fell

is just the same as if you said - this is the place where he fell

so just frigg off will yers

doh!
