Kirkby upgrade for 1st team??

I didn't know where to ask this question so I'll put it in here. Mods if there is a better place for it please move it.
Has any progress been made on the 1st team move to Kirkby? Has the land been purchased? Is construction underway? Are there any timelines available for the move?

Last update I saw is that it's out for tender (quotes) and likely to start in next few months. The land is all sorted, planning permission is sorted.
Not sure on a build time but expect they'll aim to start training there next summer.

The plans look great. They also include redeveloping some community playing fields and building 160 homes on the site of Melwood.
