Anyone any Ideas as to how to get notifications today when the fixtures come out?

Follow official Premier League account on Twitter and press the notification bell.

Problem is you will get a notification every single time they tweet

The FA Cup draw is on a blank weekend, why would that matter?

FA Cup quarter finals are scheduled for the weekend of 16th March. There's also a full schedule of league games.

The 5th round is to come before that, but Sky and BT might wait until Monday to see if there are any more premier league teams knocked out this weekend that would confirm league games going ahead that weekend. As it stands the only league game definitely being played that weekend is our trip to Fulham.

Yeah, got mixed up. Still, they'll just pick what games they want so they can show them later in the season. They aren't not gonna show United v City cos it'll get moved back a few weeks for example.

Was only one game on telly on 6th round weekend last season.

Good point. If the manc derby gets postponed I would imagine they'll rearrange it for 2nd/3rd April which seems to be the first free midweek after that.

City have the League Cup weekend game with Everton getting moved as well. Looks like it's the 2nd/3rd and the 23rd/24th as the blank midweeks so they'll play Everton one midweek and United the other.

Would the Everton vs City game not be rearranged for 5th/6th March? Or does CL games being palyed on those dates prevent that, even though City aren't involved that week?

There's a UEFA Rule about playing domestic games at the same time as Champions League games. You can do it but you have to pay a fine but they don't usually bother and just put them on genuine blank midweeks.

So there's a good chance City's 4th last league game will be at Old Trafford. Lets hope we've put our points on the board by then and aren't reliant on United to keep us top. On the other hand if things go really well United could hand us the title!

Despite this, it honestly wouldn't surprise me if we ended up getting shafted once again, and our game not confirmed until after the 5th round. Something like Fulham-Liverpool will be 4pm Sunday, but if Man Utd or Chelsea are still in the FA Cup, then it will move to Saturday at 12.30'.

They have. It's like they do it at peak commute time just to be difficult.

Would 23rd/24th not be needed to rearrange the games from FA Cup semi-final weekend?

If so then Everton vs City would have to be either a CL night (and pay the fine?) or February 5th/6th, as I think that's the only other free midweek.

Four of Liverpool's Premier League fixtures in March have today been rescheduled.

The Merseyside derby against Everton at Goodison Park will now take place on Sunday March 3, with kick-off set for 4.15pm GMT. Sky Sports will televise the game.

The Anfield clash with Burnley moves to Sunday March 10, with kick-off at 12 noon, live on BT.

The Reds' trip to Fulham is set for a 2.15pm start on Sunday March 17, and the home game against Tottenham Hotspur will now be played on Sunday March 31, kick off at 4.30pm.

Sky Sports will televise the above two games.

They’ll also have two games in hand depending on their progress in the FA Cup. 2 a games a week from March onwards whereas we could potentially have one.
