Yeah good shout on the Cholula. Ive had that before, very nice sauce.

I came across 'El Yucateco' Mexican chilli sauces while on Holiday in Cuba.  The waitress in a regular haunt slipped me a few bottles of the stuff for a handful of Pesos.  Really nice hot sauce and you can get it on some specialist UK Chilli sauce websites at a reasonable price.

They do a Red and Green Habenero and also a slightly milder Jalepeno.

Actually, just came across this 5 bottle variety pack for £12 + free delivery.  I'm on this.

These are good sauces, their smoked habenero sauce is brilliant, I had a friend bring me back some every time he drove from Texas back to Chicago, stunning stuff.

Valentinas deserves a shout as well!

I watched a YouTube video and decided that Paul Konchesky looked like a player.

Also another honorable mention to Cholula for any chilli/hot sauce people out there.
Love this sauce but hard to source in Ireland

It's basically rose marie sauce isn't it? Like tomato and mayo mixed together?

EDIT: "Make seafood sauce: Combine tomato sauce, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl. Taste and add more Tabasco, if desired."

No Boojum in my neck of the woods. Must sneak a bottle or two next time I'm there though.

Also the garlic one sounds lovely, I'll have to source a bottle.

Yeah ive had that one CT. Nice burn on that baby.

Got it as part of a 3 pack from a trip to Mexico last year.  Saw it on-sale in the Duty Free shop in the airport. Happy Days :)

I can't wait to taste the Black Label Reserve i have on order. I am more excited over a Chilli sauce than I should be to be honest.

Knew it was Partridge but had to google it. Its from the "Dan" episode and i am ashamed to say I think its the only episode of any AP stuff i have not yet seen!!!

Youve not shopped around enough.

This in regards to ketchup or chilli sauces?
Ketchup is the most boring thing ever, just no character whatsoever and it does not improve a single dish - only good for lubricating some shitty fast food, making it easier to eat. Chilli I adore as a spice, I pour bags of it over my dishes during a year, but sauces, ones I've tried, just don't do it for me. Either too sweet or not enough kick or usually both.
