Superb 2nd half. Two clinical goals. We took control. Respect to RB Salzburg. They gave us a proper fight. I would love to have our hands on a few of their players. They certainly know where to look for gems

Keita was excellent again, hope he carries on like this and stays injury free for awhile. Salah missed a hatful then scores the one chance you'd have thought was impossible.

Very impressed with them, no doubt the bigger teams will circling around that squad shortly.

The better of two very good teams won, deservedly.

The profligacy however, was astonishing. Mo converted his most difficult chance, with his wrong foot. Mane wasn’t far behind on the wasteful stakes.

Still - we now have some respite. Good, we deserve it. Shout out again btw, for the skipper. Jordan was immense.

Really good result. A game we should have done without because these are a good side and we've gone there and really wore them down second half and first half had the chances to put the chances to put the game to bed as well. Crucially we put a couple of chances away which we didn't at Napoli.

Winning the group a bonus too the way the groups are. I'd expect us to beat any of the runners up, including Real Madrid.

Great performance all round in the second half, nice to see Naby getting a goal in what was another excellent performance in this past week and Mo's goal was....well, rather good. The last twenty minutes looked like a training session, much as it did against Bournemouth on the weekend.

What a performance that was in the end. Imagine the score if we (Salah) had been clinical. Really, that second half was so dominant in the end.

Keita was absolutely beautifully excellent! Just a level above tonight really. Thought he might struggle with the pace given lack of playing time, but he bossed it really. Insanemy calm with the ball, almost always finding the right pass.

Salah missed an insane amount today, but scored the most difficult one. But it was enough in the end

Shame about Lovren, but Gomez was excellent after coming on and his pace really helped us.

Great result and on to the next round as grouo winners!

I hope it’s not glossed over as a routine win over a decent side...because that second half was absolutely outstanding. Immense all over the pitch, the football was phenomenal. Proper champagne football. If I’m an opposition fan watching us flick a switch and play like that? Scary.

That was a really enjoyable game and in the end we controlled the 2nd half. Although Gini didn't have his best game, his control when there are three around him is amazing. Salah missed chance after chance and then put in the hardest chance. We were a class above them but they were possibly the best team that we have played against......they play good football.

We have a great squad and quality players from Alisson through to the forwards. Lovren had a good game until he came off yet he still gets pelters from some people. Keita looks like he is settling in now which is great to see.

Pretty much textbook match away in the CL. Amazing work from everyone, especially Nobby. Mo should have had eight, but still trying to work out how he scored that one from that angle with his right foot!

Always a question if whether we could start finishing the chances. Had we not it would’ve been tense, instead it was decidedly un-Liverpool. Where’s the last minute save? The opposition shot off the bar? Very comfortable second half.

Good to see Keita get another. God knows how Salah scores that after the ones he missed. We could genuinely have had 5 or 6 on another day.
