A little piece of history right there.

Obviously a very brief cameo but he got into some good positions, towards the end there he was clear for a pass which would of released him, Henderson I think it was but he turned and played it back instead, shame! Could of been through on goal!

Made up for the lad, showed more heart and passion in his brief cameo than we've seen from some of the first teamers all season so far.

Just to get to play for LFC is impressive. To do it at the age of 16 takes something very special. Well done!

Suso I think, Henderson was the one that eventually tried to slip it through to him, but it was intercepted.

I was so frustrated with Henderson there.  Suso had a chance to thread it through to Sinclair and he would have had a one-on-one with their keeper, but made the wise decision to pull it back as there were only 60 seconds left to play and why give them a chance to win possession.  Then Henderson, after the momentum was lost, instead of playing the simple ball tries to play it through to Sinclair with little chance of success.  If they had scored on that last free kick I would have been livid.

Anyway, enough about that.  Very surprised to see Sinclair get on the pitch tonight; I'm assuming that it being his old club had something to do with that?  In some ways I'm a bit glad he didn't score, I think he needs to be managed a bit more carefully and could probably stand to return to the U18s without the reputation of a worldbeater.  That sort of thing can be unhelpful for the wrong young boy.
