Mourinho's incredibly conservative anti youth policy is still ridiculous. Most managers might have given Ola Aina 10-15 minutes when they had the 2 goal margin against Walsall, but Mourinho waited until he had a 3 goal margin to send on 26 year old centre back Papy Djilobodji for Falcao in the 93rd minute.

Classy from the Arsenal fans here
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Kinda playing a young CB ahead of a club legend at the moment.

No probably about it.

Home to Chelsea then away to Man City.

Newcastle could lose both those 5-0 and I'm not even kidding.

Bit different when he comes in for £12m and with 3 seasons of football.

Kinda playing a young CB ahead of a club legend at the moment.

A senior French international who played 3 seasons of top flight football in France before joining Chelsea ahead of an old man whose legs have gone. Not the same thing at all.

Bringing on your 4th choice CB for a striker in added time when you have a 3 goal lead instead of giving the academy graduate you have on your bench a run out, doesn't get much more conservative than that.

3 seasons but he is still only 20. And playing ahead of an old player who is a club legend isnt always the norm....we know more than most.
