Will be way more than that as they’ll use both home and away so might be as high as 12+

Yh thinking back you might be right. 4+ will be too low. I can see them going on sale with the rest of the league tickets.

Depends on the take up from STH. From a numbers point of view we’ll barely get enough to cover the STH so it could be 17-19 initially for members. However, I don’t expect it to be that popular so it could go really low. I doubt it goes to general but maybe not far off.

City and Chelsea allocation last year were about 29k each so should be plenty to go round for us.

Hope so, seems like other things taking priority for some.

Any news on when these are out yet lads and how we get them? Season ticket holders get a crack first or how does it all work?

Think it'll be this too. Don't expect to hear anything for a while to be honest, expect the TO staff are on their hols and then all the pre-season, members sales etc to sort out first.

Liverpool Football Club will be participating in both the Community Shield at Wembley on August 4 and the UEFA Super Cup in Istanbul on August 14.

The club is in the process of finalising ticket allocations with both the FA and UEFA, but we expect to receive an initial allocation of around 28,000 tickets for the Community Shield and around 5,257 tickets for the UEFA Super Cup.

Confirmed ticket numbers may change slightly and full details, along with information on how to purchase tickets, will be published on Liverpoolfc.com as soon as possible.

Chelsea got 29,400 last year and City got just over 29k so we may still end up with more than 28k

Be surprised if there's a drop straight from all season ticket holders to a free for all to over 100000 people.

Wouldn't say that

Priority rights
STH/Members with 20 league games
All STH

Would cover a fair chunk of it then if the club applied logic would be members with say 17+ then possibly more sales dependent on sales

Yeah as there is only 19 home games :) so basically having at least 1 away would cover around 3k (?)

This will drop to all members.  Anyone who can’t go just won’t bother buying not like there’s use for a community shield credit for the future.

ALL ST HOLDERS
ALL MEMBERS with a 4+games
ALL MEMBERS

That’s my guess

Still think those who missed out in the ballot for Madrid should be guarenteed  ;)

Can see it selling out on the STHs sale to be honest

I've missed out on the last 3 european cup finals cos of the damn ballot. But I still disagree with you.

Why should the ones who were lucky to go be punished now? Doesn't make sense. Ballots are a ball ache but until more allocation is given there isn't much the club can do.

Oops sorry, my bad. I can read sarcasm as well as Mandarin Chinese.

Would the club normally consider those who purchased domestics ACS for this? I had both last season but that obviously only meant the one game vs Chelsea.

ACS don’t get you any priority other than the matches at Anfield.

It will probably sell like a Man City league game would:

All STH
Members with 13+
Members with 4+

Then they will see how many are left.  I’m in the third of those categories but think there is a decent chance I will get sorted.

Sorry to ask a daft question, but why would it go members 13+ to members 4+?

Wouldn’t it decrease sequentially?

Then they will see how many are left.  I’m in the third of those categories but think there is a decent chance I will get sorted.

Everyone will get sorted. Plenty of people will be on their hols or saving money for Euro Super Cup or simply not interested.
