Don't worry lads, I picked Green Bay to cover the 3pt spread as underdogs, Chicago will win by 4+.

Well the Bears finally did get some offence going but gave dumb penalties away for delay of game, on of which on 3rd & 5, & failed to convert having gone for it on 4th.

Was not expecting to wake up to a win. I’ll take it but without knowing anything about the flow of the game it feels like it was a horrendous slog and GB probably got lucky. More Bears losing it that GB winning it. Fair?

the season can only get better from there I guess! once again, fair play to the bears for seemingly refusing to have good qb play.

They never do. Jay Cutler owns most of their QB records. Bears defense was very good, but Nagy and the offense lost that one. They have Denver away next so 0-2 start is possible

Bears were favourites to make the playoffs, but play offence like they did they'll finish nearer to the bottom of the division, than having postseason games.

Trubisky's alright. Not great but workable. But yes, trading up to get him ahead of Mahomes and Watson looks so bad right now.

Playcalling was really bad. They only ran the ball 12 times or something. The one drive where Trubisky seemed to get himself going, 3 penalties were racked up. Defense was pretty good. The kicker was 100% accurate too!

Going to be a tricky division to get out of though!

The AB thing is beyond a joke now. I still think there's one last twist left and he doesn't suit up on Monday.

Spotrac@spotrac
Antonio Brown’s $1M signing bonus was actually two $500,000 workout bonuses that required he attend at least 85% of the offseason program. He didn’t, so he’s already lost $500k. If he’s released prior to Week 1, he’ll leave Oakland with $0 cash earned, & $0 dead cap.

Adam Schefter@AdamSchefter
In addition to fining Antonio Brown $215,073.53 for conduct detrimental to the team that voided $29.125 million worth of guaranteed money in his contract, the Raiders sent Brown a letter that he no longer will be entitled to termination pay if they release him, per sources.

Just an FYI for those of you who like a flutter, I noticed in Bet365 the odds for players to score two TDS or more are really good.

Leveon Bell 7-1, Ingram 8-1, Ekeler 9-2 etc

Put a little accumulator on myself (Bell,Ingram,Chubb) 25 returns 8k. If they all score first half might be a decent cash out.
