Not too much different between this and our other matches, other than we're not isolating Suarez up top, and we're actually finishing our chances. Excellent to see.

Clinical finishing for once, a delight to see! Downing has been dreadful again unfortunately, and I think Norwich are thinking about their summer holidays but I'm enjoying watching us play and hope we can continue like this as a team before Wembley.

Suarez looks a different player when Gerrard and Bellamy can run in behind him, I like this set up alot, Maxi for Downing would improve it aswell, I just can't get enough!

The game changed when Gerrard swapped with positions with Shelvey. Dull as dishwater up until that point.

Oh and we need to get Kuyt on for Downing. Hes been non-existent out there.

We've played much better and got fuck all, so this is enjoyable. Suarez is a force of nature at times, two superb goals.

Norwich fans are fucking wankers and well done our lot shoving it down thei4 throats, the inbred carrot munchers.

Solid across the pitch. Suarez is something else today and is pressuring the Norwich defence into making mistakes.

The Henderson, Gerrard, Shelvey midfield is interesting. They keep switching positions which I think is causing headaches again for Norwich. Not sure this would work against a top side (you need a Lucas imo), but it's working well here.

good persistence from suarez and some great finishes, good to see gerrard higher up the pitch aswell. wish we'd string some other good moves together though, were rushing passes and playing some lofted balls when we could be more composed, movement from midfield could be better also

This game is passing Shelvy by in every possible way.

A more generic comment: Watching Gerrard literally haul that movement into a goal was brilliant - Suarez's involvement wasn't bad either.

Suarez and Agger = amazing. Agger in particular really got us moving and set the tone for our performance.
Gerrard has played very well. Having Jonjo & Henderson there to track back for him seems to work.
Carra... has passed long about 15 times, short 3 times. Not happy.
Downing has looked quite average so far unfortunately.

We're playing like the pressure is off and enjoying the game. No panicking or lack of composure (as yet). That seems to be the difference.

Shelvey is doin o.k, getting involved. Jordan is trying hard but isn't making much of an impact. Still dont know what his best position is. I dont think he does either.

They're doing fine. Not stellar, but mainly because this is the Suarez show. At first it seemed like Shelvey was higher up and Gerrard was alongside Henderson, but they seem to have switched now.

To be fair they've made a couple of mistakes and suarez had punished them, two top class finishes.

Also thats why stevie should be higher up the pitch, shame its took so long for kenny to realise.

Playing poorly in general, but Suarez's persistence and excellent finishing is doing the job.

Wondering if Downing is even on the pitch - there's just a fucking void at right-wing where a player should be. Step up man.

Don't even know what Downing's been doing to be honest except for trying to run past his FB a couple of times and completely failing.

Fantastic from Luis & Stevie's been good too. Shelvey, Hendo & Bellamy with a decent game so far too + I think Carra's been solid at the back. Don't know how that wasn't a pen for Suarez.

That 'always the victim, never your fault' chant is so original, isn't it? Fucking bellends.
