Looking at the the membership number - thats quite recent. My daughter only got a membership number last year and that was 00001119xxxx, this was 00001132xxxx. They wll probably apply for a new account if banned.
Ban all accounts at the same address is the only way to stop the abuse.
Also I'd say max 4 accounts at one address.

I'd even go as far as say each account can only buy max of tickets for 4 matches @ £9 each season.

my drivers licence has me mums address on it, so I've been told in the past to take me license and also a bill to verify my address at my house (where my membership is registered)

anyhow, she took ages, came back and said that although I'd provided a letter from Santander which was recent and had my registered address, they need a council tax bill in the future. She said that they'd had people who've given them photocopies of address ID in the past. what I assume is that they thought the letter was fake and that people have doctored addresses or information on their address ID.

Having missed out on everything in the bulk sales picked up 2 today for Napoli... Feeling a little happier. Pure fluke, wish I knew how to do that every time.

You know you're supposed to change your address with the DVLA as soon as you move, right?

I didn’t have a chance today after all 3 devices were over 45 mins!

It did make me laugh though how the actually time of waiting was about 20 mins. A lot of people probably thought the local members were £9 tickets too haha

you don’t see a drop like that in waiting time other than these sales

I still think the local sales should be a free for all but for big games local members should be for those with games recorded at full price

That would be fair enough for the Local General sale, but not for the Local Members sale.

I got mine in 2005 as a fan card and mine is not far off those numbers.

No. Got on closed page at 7:25 and just left it. 8:15 ticket page popped straight up

Yeah you're probably right. I went to nearly every home last season through local sale.

Last 3 sales I haven't had a sniff.

Scatty this morning - best time was 3 mins and normally that means you get in and there'll be a few knocking about but was saying sold out after 1 min.

Managed to grab one and then after about 5 mins of the mad refresh I got the one next to it

I've noticed lately we don't have the 8.35-40 basket dump when a load seem to come up.

Yeah I normally rely on this and it's been how I've got most of my tickets over the last year but hardly seems to happen this season.

No joy for me at all the last few sales.

Yeah, it's always been the second chance if you can't get in now you're just hanging about refreshing and cos they come up one at a time by the time you click on the block, find the fucking ticket it's gone and then you get phantom tickets 🙄

Opened three different browsers at 7:15am - Chrome was in straight away at 8:15am, Safari and Firefox under an hour

For Everton I did the same and Safari was the best at 4 minutes

The atmosphere was really good in U1. Obviously a lot of non locals in but everyone got involved which was good. Didn’t see empty seats which makes a change.
