Does Kevin Keegan get enough recognition for what he achieved at Liverpool?

When people talk about the very best Liverpool players of all time, Keegan rarely seems to be mentioned. Does he get the recognition he deserves? If not, why?

I dont think the reason why he dont get the recognition he deserves as it says on the LFC website interivew - Despite firing a century of goals in 323 appearances for Liverpool, Keegan is perhaps associated more with Newcastle these days following his return to St James' Park as manager
