I wrestled with the numbers last night (not that it helps in any way).  The 4600 Barca allocation seems to have shrunk to by about 766.  This could be a number of reasons.  Some that went to Barca could be hospitality or PRH.  They might not hold all the homes to get to 7.  Perhaps there's also other reasons.

My take on it is that the 1/4.6 is the worst case scenario.  If PRH and those with 7+ don't apply then more tickets become available and the odds drop.  With it being Madrid, I don't think they are going to drop as much as last year.

I can't see many PRH/7+ not taking up the ticket. At the very least if they aren't going, they will pass it onto friends and family. I think the likelihood of people not taking up a ticket option at all is very very slim

The PHR get access to Home Cup games, neutral semi finals and finals. There’s no allocation for away cup games.

I think there are more that do just the aways than people think. I know 3 people who have 3+ aways and not enough homes. 2 don't do the homes but do all aways, another had a failed ACS, didnt dort it out, so didnt get all homes.

Decided not to join the ballot. I knew it was a 1 in 4/5 chance but couldn't hang >£1000 of travel and accommodation on the chance of not getting a ticket. Especially when ST renewal is fast approaching

All the best to everyone in there

Wish the ballot would take place already! Can't think about anything else, wish they'd just let us know one way or the other!!

It essentially has. But they need to know  the final numbers of tickets left.

They won't know that until the sales have ended

Probably agree with this.  There were a considerable number of tickets last year that did get passed on to the ballot but its unlikely it will be to the same extent this time.

Thursday to Tuesday

Stansted to Santiago to Madrid
Then Madrid to Bordeaux to Gatwick

Both trips involve a lengthy 4-5 hour stop over but only way I could keep it below £200.

Was £188 before the Spurs game. Staying at a mates house in Madrid so accommodation is cheap. Though there are like six of us in his one bed flat ;D

Got two chances in the ballot, mine and my brothers cards. Expecting to be out of luck this time though as I’ve found a way in to all our euro finals since Istanbul. Luck is due to run out surely.

In fairness to the club over this, they are doing a fully independent ballot process using the electoral reform services.

This fully eliminates any form of bias or threat of favouritism for those selected.  It times gone by I would expect the club to draw numbers out of a hat or some random number generator.

We can all knock the club all we like but their processes have gotten a whole lot fairer than in previous years. There are only 16k tickets to split between those that have 7 on their card and the 30,508 that applied for the ballot.

They could just work out the total of who’s eligible from the first sales!! There’ll be a waiting list that’s gonna be utilised at some point anyway just means there’ll be more on it  8) ;D

Anyone who endured the never ending Napoli bus trip and mad dash to the toilets afterwards should have first dibs  ;)

No. Deffo someone like me who thought his bus back to Budapest from Belgrade was 9.30pm but was 8.30pm should get first dibs. I was pissed and had to find a 24 hour bar and got even more pissed and had to get the bus at 8.30am and just about made my flight back home.

I just remember going down the steps to have a look and seeing about 500 lads in a queue above top. I loudly was like "nope" and went back. Was one thirsty evening. Couldn't even go for a piss - seen better toilets in Indian villages.  ;D

In comparison however, my main takeaway from PSG was how great their toilets are. Enjoyable almost. Might start a stadium pisser review website.

Ran off the bus, through security desperate to be faced with a hole in the ground. Older ladies in the cubicle next to me refused to go, I was like ‘just pretend you’re in a forest, think trees’. I remember the toilets at Villarreal being decent, lots of tiling.

Any one know how the thomas cook travel works? Booked on with them and got my email the other day and I'll get my ticket tomorrow. Does that 100% mean tho that you will have a space on the planes with them because the way I read our official site it says Thomas cook will contact you if your successfull. Surely if you get a ticket in your name your on the flights
