Pissed off the tickets bought on Monday haven't been posted yet. Looks like next week for delivery, then.

hopefully arrives by Saturday, I don't really fancy having to look after other peoples' tickets for too long, would rather give them to people after Wolves.

I was 99% certain I selected postage but just noticed that I wasn't charged extra - just the total of the 2 tickets.  My booking confirmation shows nothing alongside ticket fulfilment?
If collection, then how does that work if the payment card used doesn't belong to the lead booker?  Website saying lead booker needs to show payment card used as well as their ID.

It doesn't have to belong to the lead booker as long as you have the card used . They didn't ask to see mine for the Wembley Semi but did for the final.  My mate thought he had forgotten to tick the postage box for this match as it was blank on the email and wasn't charged.  He went on live chat and they said that it looked like the option wasn't thare when he bought his ticket and that they would post it -they said the club would bear the cost as it was their error !

I spoke to the club on live chat and they said they don’t know yet on dispatch and then me mate his cousin works there at ticket office and said it’s an external company sending them not the club and they’ve not heard anything as of yet

I think most are fine from what people have said. A lot of them are just hand rails in your view if you’re sitting down, don’t think many people will be sitting down!

Special delivery usually implies by 1pm the next day although from what I’ve read in the past, it’s not that straightforward. We did pay the more expensive postage because of the price of the tickets (I think) so you never know

yeah will just depend on the area and stuff, I think the extra was to do with insurance because of the price but you'd think at £13 we should get next day including Saturday

Given it's from the UEFA ballot, I reckon it might be seated. I'm just hoping the seats I get are towards our end rather than the Madrid end

In the front few rows you can’t see the near side of the pitch because of advertising boards around the pitch about 50 feet away from you. Looks pretty shit on the view from my seat thing. But you might get lucky and it’s further back with some railing in the way.
