People are holding them in baskets and then they're timing out and coming back on.
The 406 thing, the only thing that makes any sense is like server DDoS protection, cos one person refreshing seems mental to trigger it considering you weren't even logged in and got it, but I've not had it (and hope to never!). I wonder though if you used a VPN or did a router reset in the hope of a new IP it would resolve.
