The narrative around Haaland builds stronger every day.

He just doesn't suit the way City play at all and the less he contributes each game the more he will believe it himself - if he doesn't already.

Could be off to Real Madrid very soon.

De Bruyne was subbed off. For Kovacic.

Bit odd though. Subbed 10 mins from a shoot out.

Sh ok fair enough

That's weird though as you say. Rather Walker stones disc than kovacic. Said before he's a weird city signing

Yep. Needed them both through really. Either of them can win it for me if it means we win the league.

I was in the same boat until our last two results but now I’m less confident about our own matches so fuck ‘em. Glad neither are winning the European Cup this year.

General Football and Sport / Re: Everton - The 777 Unflushables

Everton are like the guy who puts plates on top of poles and gets them spinning. 2-3-4...8-9-10....14-15 etc.

Eventually he gets to the point where he can't keep them spinning and they crash.

Everton with lender after lender, interest payment after interest payment, refinancing loans,  going to a loan shark ( 777 ) to buy them and every asset in hock as collateral including a new stadium not yet finished. Along with no increased income.

It's about to all come crashing down.

Interesting one as right now everyone would obviously take us coming back and winning by three goals to take it to extra time but imagine doing that and losing on pens like City did. Would be both physically and mentally painful with an another game in 3 days.

Honestly their pain is funny for a fleeting minute but we really didn't need that at all

All adults should be equal in the eyes of the law. This bill casually throws that principle in the bin. Sunak knows he will be out this year and wants a legacy.
