Just seen his interview on SSN.

He stands there and has a go at a young referee for a good minute or so, then at the end of this rant he has the hard neck to turn round and say "It's not the ref i want to be talking about, he just wants the spotlight, and that's not how it should be, we're not talking about the performance of my team which i thought were terrific".

What's that Neil? You don't want to talk about the ref? You reckon he just wants to be in the spotlight? Solution - Talk about the referee in your post match interview and give him more attention.

The man is a fucking moron.

Another thing, how can Dermot Gallacher sit on SSN with a straight face and say that the penalty Michael Oliver gave Villa wasn't actually a pen? Huh? From where i was sitting Agbonlahor had a clear back post run on Armand Traore only to be halted because the defender pulled his shirt for a good couple of seconds. How in the name of fuck is that not a penalty? It's clearly giving the defending team a huge advantage if any kind of shirt pull isn't a penalty. If Agbonlahor had gone down straight away, would that have made it more of a penalty? So i'm sat there waiting to here Dermot's explanation as to why it wasn't a penalty, and what he's come up with is 'It's just one of those things that happens in football?' Oh i see! Just one of those things is it? Well that explains it then, it's just one of those things that happens in football! That makes total sense Dermot and doesn't seem unfair whatsoever.

What is it with English managers?

Harry Redknapp
Roy Hodgson
Colin Wanker
Sam Allardyce

All have three things in common:

1) Were born complete, hypocritical arseholes.
2) Were also clearly born with mouths three seconds ahead of their brains.
3) Have been afforded hugely un-warranted reputations by the clearly in no way shape or form xenophobic media, despite offering records described as 'average' at the very best.

I really can't stand any of them.

But you can understand from QPR's point of view how they would find the decision harsh?  Shirt pulling is the norm in the penalty area.

Well it shouldn't be.

I'd be slightly more inclined to feel some sympathy with QPR if it was from a corner, because everyone does it, but i'm sorry, when a forward player has a clear run to the ball and his run is in any way halted by the defending team, then it's a penalty.

Just seen his interview on SSN.

His comments on the ref are to be expected though given his previous form. His comments on Traore are worse in my opinion. Surely that's the sort of stuff you keep behind closed doors while defending him in public. What a way to get an on loan player feeling part of the team. His confidence is going to be sky high after that.

Was going to say this myself. The top three in particular have been slagging off their own players left, right and centre over the past few weeks and months (well, last year for Hodgson with us). Why can't they take some responsibility? You'd think that they'd have some sense and maturity by the age of 60 but apparently not. Always looking to blame others, particularly foreigners if they can. Can't wait until Redknapp gets the England job. Hopefully Hodgson or Warnock succeed him - it would be amazing.

Colin is a cock muncher of the highest order.  He's a hypocritical, spot light loving bell end who does nothing but foist the blame for his team's failings elsewhere.  He's a complete tit who spews nothing but bile and makes ORN on a bad day look amenable.  The man has absolutely no class at all and is a dinosaur in the modern game.

But I don't want to talk about Warnock.  I want to focus on QPR's performance...  ;)

What a twat he is. In any case, Traore could easily have been sent off for the penalty incident; Agbonlahor scores there if he isn't tugged.

Great man management there with Traore. Im surprised he didn't blame Rafa for his sending off. Been blaming him for everything else for the past 4 years.

Indeed mate. Just sitting back and watching the old boys club round on each other would be a special moment.

I think i'd rather see Roy get the job though. Or Roy and Harry, joint managers? Two birds, one stone and all that.

Not Roy. If you actually bother to study his record you will clearly see that it does, in fact, stand favourable comparison to that of Alex Ferguson.

Colin Wanker calls for abusive fans to be locked up for two years
• QPR manager believes abuse from supporters is out of hand
• Warnock backs Anton Ferdinand in wake of race row

Press Association
guardian.co.uk, Fri 4 Nov 2011 12.12 GMT
The Queens Park Rangers manager Colin Wanker believes the Chelsea fans who taunted Anton Ferdinand in midweek are indicative of a culture of hatred in football which is difficult to police.
Chelsea supporters chanted "Anton Ferdinand, you know what you are" at the QPR defender during the 1-1 Champions League draw at Genk. The club have pledged to root out and punish the offenders.
The chants appeared to represent a show of support for the Chelsea captain John Terry, who is under police investigation over allegations he racially abused Ferdinand during last month's west London derby, something he denies.
Warnock, however, holds little hope that the matter will be resolved and accepts the taunts as a fact of modern life. "I've only read about the abusive chants, but I'm afraid in today's society nothing surprises me," he said. "You see what happens when Liverpool play United, the abuse that managers get. Stewards look away – some of them even smile at the abuse you get.
"I think they [fans] should be put in prison for about two years each, but that's just me flying a kite, isn't it?
It's all right saying we're going to look into it, but you can't look into that. When you see the hatred in some of these guys' faces ... it's frightening. You're probably talking about guys who wear suits to work all week.
"It's all very well to say you're getting rid of the excess when you go to a football match, but some of it goes way over the top."
Warnock insists Ferdinand has coped admirably following the incident involving Terry, though questions why he has left himself open to abuse by using Twitter.
"Anton's concentrating on the football side and being a good defender," he said. "He's had his moments and lapses over the last few years, but we are trying to get him to be consistent and, touch wood, he has been as consistent over 10 games as we could have asked for. He's been a rock in defence, which has given us a chance.
"I think he's a twit for using Twitter. I don't agree with it, but I suppose if you're into that you have to take the rough with the smooth. I've already told him to come off Twitter. I'm not a big fan of people talking to big groups of supporters when there's a problem at any club. There's only one winner in that situation.
"You should keep your head down and do what he's done. I think he's played really very well and let things takes their course."

I could be looking at something that doesn't need discussing but does anyone else think Warnock is having a dig at Liverpool fans. Maybe he has worded it wrong but he seems to be suggesting by seeing 'Liverpool play United' that is his evidence of arresting fans.

Personally I understand the angle he is coming from, some people go the game and turn into different people. However Warnock to me is suggesting that it's just Liverpool fans giving abuse to Ferguson.

Maybe I'm being paranoid :)

Fuck Warnock, the hypocritical twat.  I remember watching Bristol Rovers play his Walsall side years back, it was an important game as the winner got in the play-offs.  Not only did Warnock make obscene gestures to the Rovers fans, he also applauded his own fans after they were throwing bottles, coins and all sorts on to the pitch.

He is right to have a chip on his shoulder though, disgrace that Rafa didn't play a full strength side against Portsmouth in that last game of the season. Disgrace. What did you seek to gain, eh Rafa? Aside from fresh legs ahead of that European Cup final the week after, of course.
I got the Lucas thing wrong. Will be right on Henderson though. Play him RM, play him CM - Not good enough and never will be.

I think we played a weakened team against someone and lost and as a result said team stayed up by a point or two at Sheffield United's expense.

EDIT

It was Fulham in 2007. We did have a European Cup Final 2 weeks later mind.

Lads, I'm usually the first to join the righteous indignation train, but you're dissecting the order of the words he used to imply that he's taking a shot. He's a twat, but I don't think he's implying that the daytrippers are always polite and courteous to Kenny at the Toilet whilst we're a bunch of baying jackals at Anfield to Mr Ferguson.
'Despite their  cup pedigree - since they've returned to the top flight in 1962 - Everton have, after today's results, once again gone further in the FA Cup than their much vaunted neighbours. For the record it's Everton 23 Liverpool 22  and 7 ties in 52 seasons'

Colin Wanker is a colossal bellpiece.

I know that adds nothing to the discussion, it's just my immediate reaction when I see or hear his name.

;D here, here. Got one of them faces you could punch for an hour!

4) They all have jobs and Rafa, who's clearly better than any of them ... doesn't
I really can't stand any of them.
Sucks
Goodbye & thank you Rafa. You've given us more than we ever had a right to expect from you and you stayed loyal and fought for us even when some of our own turned on you. I truly hope that you find somewhere with the support that you deserve & win everything in sight.
