Will probably be next week for the ACS announcement. The season started a week earlier last season. And the club have just announced PL registration this week so the club won't want people to mix the two registration announcements up.

I am currently undertaking an MBA through the University of Cumbria and my independent project is focusing on Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction throughout the process of purchasing tickets for Liverpool Football Club.
The research covers the website user interface, policies/processes and technologies in place.
I'd appreciate as many responses as possible to paint a clear statistical picture of everyone's experiences across different sectors of the fan base, with first-hand examples of why people feel this way.
All responses are anonymised, I'll be reaching out to the club directly once the research is complete to present findings and gather their own feedback.
