Accountancy
« on: January 11, 2022, 08:26:15 pm »
Hi everyone

Obviously we are in everyone's favourite time of the year, with Self Assessment Returns due shortly.

I just thought it would be helpful for anyone who needs ad hoc advice or who may actually need an accountant for their business, whether self employed or through a Ltd company can come to get help.

Please feel free to PM for any queries that might be more sensitive in nature.

Cheers

Can imagine a lot of dead clics in this thread.
We have to change from doubter to believer. Now.

Those were the days - first thing I was taught all those years ago!

Trying to teach a room of young people about double entry was more challenging as no one could keep at straight face

;D Not surprised, as far as basics go, it's a difficult thing to get your head around if it's the first time you're seeing it.

i was too you young to do a tax return when i left liverpool. So i dont know if this advice is as applicable back home as it is here.. BUT... i would never do my own tax return.. employ the services of someone who knows the laws intimately and it can save you an absolute fortune..

Just resurrecting this as we are coming in to tax return season and I know it can be daunting as hell so if anyone would like to ask questions (PM or public) or just get some light, friendly, advice please feel free to ask away

p.s. not doing this for money or trying to gain clients - just here to help out the RAWK community
