I've just seen that. Its genuinely mind blowing that the person that has written that clearly hasn't got a clue what she's talking about as its the complete opposite to what the club have been saying since the start of the season.

Thats after she said someone didnt have credits for napoli or brighton (despite doing so, and after they corrected them she clarified they do) and saying they didnt get city as they didnt scan in.... even tho city was forwarded to someone else and used by them..

I swear down some of us on here know a hell of a lot more than these full time staff members do who are PAID to know this stuff

The mad thing is, do they think that what they are saying is correct or do they literally not know either way so are just guessing, its mad really.

I feel like if I worked there, I'd be in the training/induction first week correcting them on what they're training because it isnt 1 or 2 of them it's 90%+, only ever had one or two positive interactions so far asides from Phil

Not often I am impressed by the ticket office but just completed the fan update and all sorted very easily with the successful email in about 5 mins.

Neil Docking is not a STH, Hes currently a 13+ member, Neil Atkinson has a STH not in his name, so he didnt need to wait on the list or call the club multiple times, that being said he holds quite a genuine position of empathy

Re. the fan update, I want to do it for both my son and my daughter as even though they didn't purchase in the November bulk sales, they do attend games so I assume that they need to do it? as per usual, its clear as mud if those that have been transferred tickets have to do it or not. So I have tried to register 1 of them on the website but despite resetting the password 4 times, I'm still getting the message 'invalid password'. This could be because they do not have to do fan update...but then again it might just be because the website is shite. If the latter, surely a better response to 'invalid password' would be 'thank you for registering, you do not need to do fan update at this time'.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

I'd happily call the club in the morning to ask but obviously in this day and age, they do not allow supporters to actually speak to them and the live chat is so hit and miss (you consistently get 2 different answers depending on who you get a reply from) that I won't believe what response I get anyway.

Same for me.  Been transferring tickets to my lad for each game so went to do the fan update.  Gave me the same error so I'm going to leave it.  Not sure what else we can do.
