Flights aren't too dear at the moment. Can stick around for a few days as not been Turkey before.

There will be a UEFA ballot as well. Details should be announced soon. Will likely run to end of the month.

Can't decide whether to try for this or not. Would definitely be up for it if it wasn't against Chelsea.

Unlikely - it's just another final. Would love a Euro credit but I think Moscow/Roma were probably our last chance for quite some time sadly.

Tuesday- Thursday is £474 from Manchester

But that’s quite pricey when you can do a week in turkey from £600 ish

Gotta remember it’s height of holiday season so that won’t help prices. Istanbul is very well connected to much of Europe so plenty of routes to choose from.

We've booked this for £240 ish. Cheapest I could find direct from UK was £420.

Tues: Stansted to Hamburg to Istanbul, 3hr connection - Ryanair and Pegasus
Thurs: Istanbul to Bucharest to Gatwick, 3 hr connection again - Pegasus and wizz.

Routes via Berlin were available but it was getting into Istanbul dead late.
Fly to Sofia and there's a sleeper train

I am not sure how well they will travel. I was checking before their game cos I knew they would have 3 days on us to book flights....and the price didn't change much. I planned our route and was checking it daily, and it didn't go up until I checked the day after our game.

Oh, and the Ataturk airport is now closed. The new airport is just as far away from Taksim/beyoglu as Sabia Gockhen

Paris direct is over 425 euros return around the days of the game, the 15th August is a bank holiday in France !

Hope so, I only have 1 UCL home from last year so not expecting anything from the club, UEFA ballot hopefully isn’t too popular either

Madrid were only given 1.4k last year but that was in a 13k stadium.
This year it is 42k. So assuming similar portion we should get 4.5k. Maybe more.

It has to start with away credits, but I think it will drop to all ST at least, probably members.

So what are they going to do with the other 33000 tickets?   Madrid only had 30000 "other " tickets for better or worse.

I can’t see us getting around 10k. Uefa allocation won’t be anywhere near Madrid levels

Think we will sell out whatever we get from this.  Maybe not regular match goers but we considering how many get for pre season friendlies in all sorts of locations we will shift tickets.

Flights from Budapest to Istanbul for 198 quid return.  Liverpool to Budapest is usually cheap but can't be arsed looking . Think it's Wizzair.

Been offered a ticket but £300-ish flight + hotel cost, as well as probably needing to use 3-odd days of holiday has put me off. Gonna save that for hopefully being able to get to some more CL aways.

The draw for the group stages get drawn in August too I think so would rather book the first away straight away if Iam being honest.
