What is that mexican / Spanish sounding song "Hello mother, Hello Father *clap clap*" Anyone even have a small idea what I'm on about? ;D

Anyways... it was on in our taxi when we were in Brussels the day before Istanbul. Pissed up El Boss' name seemed to fit real well intyo it and it sounds sorta Spanish... ;D   Or Not.
