Again? At Newcastle as well a few weeks ago. It's eerily disturbing. I hope whoever is in trouble is ok, I have cousins who are ST holders at Watford.

I remember one at Newcastle. Few players have collapsed since the summer too, Fleck recently. What is happening? Becoming far too frequent.

Cant help but think these jabs are putting a lot of pressure on some people's bodies.

They’re trying to do a BT Champions League style goal show, with Dion Dublin, Joe Cole and a former women’s player who I forget the name of.

It’s as bad as it sounds.

This is becoming far too frequent. What is going on?

Assume you are implying Covid?

"Myocarditis can result from direct heart invasion by the virus itself, or more commonly by inflammation caused by cytokine storm. When this occurs, the heart may become enlarged and weakened, leading to low blood pressure and fluid in the lungs"

"recent studies have suggested that a milder form of heart muscle inflammation may be much more common than previously recognized. A recent study showed that asymptomatic heart inflammation was seen on magnetic resonance imaging in up to three-quarters of patients who had recovered from severe COVID-19."

Cant help but think these jabs are putting a lot of pressure on some people's bodies.

It could just as likely, I would say even more likely, that it is lingering effects from covid. We know there is long term effects from the infection, with one of them being heart inflammation.

Im actually not implying anything. This is (I believe) the 4th or 5th time in 6 months that a game has been stopped because of people in crowds of player collapsing.

I'm fully vaccinated myself, had a positive covid test yesterday and am now shitting myself, cheers pal. Bring on the derby eh  :o

I’ve had a lifetime of battling chronic illness which was very likely triggered by a flu vaccine. I also had a relapse after Covid vaccine. Vaccines can, and do, make some people very ill.

Sorry, wasn't trying to instigate anything.

I will tell you in the states we are seeing an increase in heart attacks and heart issues among both the unvaccinated and vaccinated. Early studies are pointing at possible residual covid effects.

I know lots of people who have been extremely ill after eating nuts.

Your suggestion that somehow a few people falling ill at grounds is because of vaccines is the kind of unsubstantiated and without any evidence talk that puts naive or vulnerable people off vaccines. That's why it angers people as people spouting such stuff in the past has been responsible for others losing lives.

Soldier on son. Soldier on

I'm pulling it from plenty of people's experience including the person who just posted. I realise that we are relying on the vaccine so people get very angry when others mention it cam have negative effects, but maybe grow up and realise that not everything that is good doesn't have potential downsides. Jesus, what has happened to people. Incidentally I've had my jabs and am not an anti vaxxer, just know a few people who have really struggled physically post-jab

True. One of my earliest games was the Derby in 87/88. In the main stand, Kop end of the pitch and there was constantly people being passed out over people’s heads down to the St John’s Ambulance at the front. Think I was 8 and didn’t know what was happening.

Others will probably remember too in Istanbul there was an ambulance doing the rounds around the track as there was quite a few people passing out after it went 3-3. Some guy a few rows behind us fell arse over tit, thought he was just shit faced so we all laughed. He was fine thankfully as I felt considerably guilty for a bit.
