Have reduced the squad size to 55 from 66 last season, along with 2 new signings,  so quite happy going into tonight, United away up first.

Michael Ngoo starting up front to terrorise your defence.

Maicon has been on the list without any bites other than external bids, I will be accepting a £14.1m bid unless anybody wants to beat it or offer an exchange.

Start the season 0-0 away at United, decent point but disappointing not to take advantage playing most of the game with an extra player, ahh well, Liverpool at home next.

On the plus side, I just noticed new signing Michel Vorm got MOTM tonight, promising start :)

he'll plummet faster than Odewingie's fanbase at WBA.

So he should. I benched Rooney for the colossus that is Michael Ngoo.

He's certainly on the decline. I couldn't afford to hang on much longer, was expecting his rating to drop every time I logged in. Moved on now.

Finally Barca get a win under their belts. Dont think this new 3-4-3 formation is doing me any favours. May persist with it for the moment. Just so bored of the popular 3-5-2s and the 4-2-3-1s

To be fair, playing Michael Ngoo as my main forward isnt doing me many favours. :)

Not sure why Juve need the forwards anyway. What an incredible game they played tonight, putting 4 past the league leaders away from home

Inter don't fuck about do they?

1-0 loss to Barcelona.

That's right we don't from 4th last season with no impending changes to the squad to relegation fodder.

Class!

Pirlo is just worth his weight in gold. His 4th goal from a direct FK in 5 games. The only game where he didn't score he teed up Vidal straight from a free kick.

As for the forwards. Although I score a lot of goals from midfield (like Conte's Juve) most of my forwards in decline and I want some fresh blood

Last season I used 4-5-1 defensive which made me get 4th in the league.

I was getting draws so switched to a more attacking team and we lost 2-0 in the SMFA bollocks cup to Dynamo.

Vucinic couldn't hit a barn door for me and naturally he scored against me!

My midfielders are amazing. Not played a game yet where they haven't scored or had an assist
