Imagine these fuckers having to watch a City c Liverpool Champions League Final knowing it would mean either a Quadruple for City or a 6th European Cup for us.

Would be an easier decision for them if we’d won the League, then they could probably get behind City fully. Maybe they would wish for that instead.

A Spurs win is at least a story. A Manchester City win is like... the CEO of a hedge fund having a bigger house and a nicer car than I do. So fucking what.

These are going out of champions league later. Spurs will get 1 goal and defend for their lives.

Been thinking this for a while. They’re in such a precarious position. Son and moura break successfully once and that’s that.

No, it doesn't.

It's all about opinions really. No one knows if the outcome tonight will have any bearing on the game at the weekend.
Personally, I'm in the camp of wanting City to lose in the hope it mentally affects them. If they win, they're a step further to doing what no English club in history has ever done. Yes they have cheated to do it, but the media won't ever mention that. They'll go down in history as the first club ever to win every competition in the same season. Immortality for this squad.
Lose tonight, and it's just another ordinary season.

Spurs don't have to win either fixture to wreck City's season.  PL is obviously priority but I hope they come through on both.

Whilst City having two more tough games might be a plus I don't think it matters with their squad either way so I'm in the 'hope they get knocked' out camp. As good as Ajax are, City should put them to the sword and the quadruple will come that bit closer. No ta.

Come on Spurs, two draws will do this week.

Ajax are a worse opponent for City than the slower aging and over reliant on Ronaldo Juventus are.

Ajax are lethal on the break, City want teams to sit back and show them respect, when they have been beaten in the CL, teams have taken the game right to them on the front foot like we did at Anfield and just like Monaco and Lyon also did.

Anyway i have Spurs going through on away goals.
