Fair play mate. Just don't think they are any value tonight. Lazio have the quality to come away with something here.

Fair play, decent HT bet mate.

Ha ha.

I was on livescores then came in here and wondered what the fuck was going on. Went back to live scores and thought it may be taking time to register. I waited a few minutes then it came up 3 - 1 Lazio.  I thought I'd entered a different universe for a moment or two.

Anyhow.   Lazio up and four more to go and they were the only team not odds on. I know that counts for nowt but its always nice to get number one out the way.

Dont talk to me about both teams to score.

This cost me pennies last night in a fivefold.

The more I see it the more Iam in disbelief. What makes it worse is that all me other teams had scored in earlier games and the night before. I was also watching it live.

Couldn't believe my luck in that game. I had Villarreal to be leading at HT. There was that chance, and another. Should have been 0-2 before Villarreal scored!

swansea and chelsea win to nil at 6/1

ipswich in awful form, west brom cup win aside - destroyed by local rivals norwich 4-1 last weekend

swansea started poorly away from home, but now doing well - Sinclair is looking dangerous everytime he plays

Chelsea playing against Everton - Arteta out, Essien back.... I can see a Chelsea comeback romp to be honest

6/1 is very kind odds i think

Anyone else fancy Stoke today?

Wigan struggle in front of goal at the best of times but their only fit striker today is Boselli and he is doubt. Stoke have seemed to emprove after a run of four defeats with 3 wins and a draw. They are a bext price of 8/5. I also thing the pace and power of Jones will cause the Wigan defence problems and is a best price of 7/1 to open the scoring, 2/1 anyitme and the wincast is a very tempting 11/2.

Wigan are defensively strong at home, under 1.5 goals for me

they conceeded 6 to chelsea and 4 to blackpool at the start of the season, since the middle of august - Man city are the only team to score more than once at the JJB

Wigan are also not firing the goals in themselves

0-0 or 1-0 for me

Quite a few possibilities for Arsenal v Fulham today.

Fulham have only scored once in their last 5 meetings with Arsenal and never beaten them away from home in 24 attempts.
Arsenal have beaten Fulham by two or more goals 3 out of the last 5 times they've played them at home.

Arsenal -1.5  @ 21/20
Arsenal win to nil  @ 11/10
Arsenal clean sheet  @ evens.

Rennes (5th) v Monaco (17th) (Saturday, 6pm)

Nine of the 21 players Rennes have used so far are 22 or under. Such inexperience inevitably provokes peaks and troughs of form, but there was enough maturity in their impressive 0-0 draw away to champions Marseille on Wednesday night to suggest they will beat struggling Monaco this weekend.

Tipped pre-season to be top-six contenders, Monaco arrive in Brittany in a mess. They have won just one of 11 league games since the end of August amid familiar claims that the players lack mental strength (a long-term problem for the club from an area where football is an afterthought).

Last weekend's 1-1 home draw against fellow strugglers Nice summed up Monaco's shortcomings: despite having an extra man following the 26th-minute expulsion of Nice's Drissa Diakite, the Principality hosts laboured until taking a 76th-minute lead from the penalty spot, and then allowed Nice to equalise five minutes from time.

"It's important to build on this point by winning on Saturday," said Rennes coach Frederic Antonetti after his team's excellent midweek point at Marseille. Carrying confidence into the gane, they should get all three points. Back Rennes at 1.78.

Copied and pasted from betting.betfair.com, James Eastham has a fantastic record in this league, get on.

Gone with a accy on

Stoke
West Brom
Arsenal
Barca

@ 8/1

Also considering a flutter on a Bolton and Everton double @ 62/1 . . . . Surely impossible even if City and Chelsea are in bad shape! But who knows!

Arsenal. Cardiff, Hannover 96 and Alloa for me today.
Arsenal and Cardiff are self-explanatory.
Hannover are in decent form - I think they've won their last three - and Monchengladbach are yet to win at home this season, so 12/5 for the visitors seems pretty crazy. I'd lump on the single if I had more money.
Alloa have won four and drawn two of their six home games this season, while Peterhead are yet to win on their travels.

With such slim picking of domestic games, I've basically been forced into picking these five games in a Both Teams To Score acca...

Ipswich-Swansea, Coventry-Middlesbrough, Birmingham-Spurs, Swindon-Sheff Wed and Wigan-Stoke. 17/1, decent start with the Ipswich-Swansea game, but I know Wigan-Stoke will let me down.

Think City are worth a lay today @ 1.55.

Not scored in their last 4 home games and Bolton only lost 1 away from home. Only thing might disuade you is City's decent clean sheet record and Bolton's inability to keep one (not kept one since the opening day).
