With some pre Christmas house cleaning chores to be done dug out three old Lp's  and cranked up the reord player....'Days in Europa' - The Skids...'Architecture and Morality' - OMD..." New Gold Dream' - Simple Minds.

All fucking ace ( albeit vinyl a bit crackerly) ..;these came out 1979 ,1981 and 1982 and all sound fresh and dont sound 'old'....yet its 35/38 years since they came out...put it this way if Id gone back to liseten to music 35/38 years before they came out I would have been listening to Glenn Miller!! and the contrast stark ....point?....has music stopped progressing to allow this music not sound dated?....Glenn Miller boss btw!
