I see this is a series following a 2015 Film. Similar to Gomorrah in that respect.

Absolutely. It's like a slightly glossier, wider picture version of Gomorrah. Lots of the same people involved in production.

ditto Red....it's a show that you can really immerse yourself in..love the way it looks, sounds, feels..the Neapolitan urban landscapes, the rhythm/beauty of the language - even when they're threatening to kill each other!, the unpredictability of the violence, the tension of the soundtrack......in short, cant fkin wait for season 3!

It has shown up on the online TV calendar I use, so it will be "available" (fingers crossed) next Friday - not sure what that means for normal TV viewers though.

Edit: Just looked at Sky Italia and they are showing Gomorrah series 3 episodes 1 & 2 back to back 21:30-11:00

They came out with 2 episodes every week for season 2. Not sure about season 1 cause I didnt know about it back then.

Im the biggest Wire fan around and this is the only show that has ever come close to it.

Was no problem last year. Had both episodes within 24 hours last season.

But now you're scaring me.

Is the premier tonight or tomorrow? Feels weird you would do a premier on a Friday, unless that's a good TV day in Italy? Doesnt make much sense.

Read this morning that it's expected on UK TV in January. Can't see it being on before Christmas now, especially as it hasn't been advertised, so the new year makes sense.
