Just sent my ticket to a mate he has had a confirmation email but the ticket not showing on his phone plus when he got confirmation they sent it with his surname first , and first name second ,  Hope this doesn't cause problem transferring it to his phone ?

I asked LFCHelp yesterday and they said we can still update whilst it's 'still available'. But then they also said the F&F was going to be used from Brighton so who knows really.

I've sorted a mate with 2 tickets for Arsenal for him and his daughter. She's 10 and doesn't have a smartphone or email address. Can both tickets be distributed to him to download? Can't find anything on the website about this.

Could be the same. Not certain with it being transferred to someone else. I guess it probably would.

Will give it a go closer to the time when they're available and contact the club if it doesn't work.

When I click to distribute Arsenal, it's bringing up Southampton also.

I asked this question a couple of weeks ago and the response from the club was that they hadn’t made any decision on whether there will be any appropriate upgrade to pay

If you do it the other way the the kid has to pay the adult price, there was no change of ticket type (when I did it for mate's daughter anyway)

I've distributed 2 Arsenal to a mate of a mate who is bringing his daughter. Still waiting to hear back that he's been able to download both to his phone. Will ask again tomorrow

If I want to distribute a ticket. I have seen someone say they don’t need to be on f and f list and email is fine. Do they still need a supporter ID or do they just download the NFC pass to their phone via the email if I put in their email address?

At this moment in time. However, they keep threatening to bring the F&F into play, and they will do one day surely, so depending which game you want to distribute I’d check to see if they have changed it to F&F at the time
