I believe they are being used for future games in that competition but don't count for next season and beyond

Do we think it’s been lowered to all members but the website hasn’t been updated correctly, hence why I can see it but not buy it?

No, it’s still 1 credit needed.

There were 58 tickets added today in block H. They have probably changed it so you can see now see it in order for you to be able to buy for friends/family who do qualify

I parked on a random road in Trowse for free, 20 minute walk was sound, and was straight off onto the A47 within 5 mins.

Swerved the County Hall as apparently it takes forever to get out of.

Well the distribute function is for NFC tickets not for paper tickets so nothing will have ‘worked’

Any idea on pubs for prematch? A mate of mine is  Norwich STH and he tells me there is no away pub anymore and that most places make you show your Home ticket/card to get in.

Ours still not arrived from first sale.  Not sure what to do now.  Using chat isn't viable (Had to go on chat last week re the Milan autocup - logged onto the chat queue at 11.57 in position 83 - finally got to queue position 1 at 16.50.  Just under 5 hours queuing.  Most of the queue position movement in early stages was probably due to other people dropping out of the queue - as when got to the last couple of hours queue movements were only about 8 an hour.  But can't afford the time today to do a 5 hour chat queue stint.)

Anyone know if there is a specific email address to contact for tickets not arrived?  Have vague recollection I saw something mentioned for a previous sale.

For the Norwich league game they sent an email that included....


"If you do not have them in time for your visit to Norwich, please email the club via ticketing.services@liverpoolfc.com as soon as possible so we can organise a duplicate ticket for you to collect at Norwich City FC ticket office. Please note any emails sent to this inbox, that are not related to Norwich away will not be responded to.

Alternatively, you can contact our SLO line on 0151 230 5770 from 1.30pm on Saturday 14th August 2021 to request a duplicate ticket."

No tickets have arrived in the post for me and Norwich has disappeared completely off my history as well What is going on with this? I know the TO haven't had many aways to worry about in the last 18 months, but this is ridiculous!
