Does anyone know when they will taking the membership renewal money as it said may 7th but they have not taken the cash and now it just says May on the website. Not very helpful really

I think the email said 'from' 5th May, so probably this week or next

The email they sent me had the wrong Direct Debit details on, so I called them. First they said they couldn't do anything about it and I had to do it myself through the My Account part. I said there's nowhere to change it and they said well they can't do it either. So that call ended. I called again and they were more helpful, but couldn't just change the direct debit, they had to cancel it. It's not open for new registration so I have to wait before I can buy a new registration.

And now I just logged in to check my credits, and clicked on the DD item, and in the system it had the correct bank details all along. It's just the email they sent was wrong. FML. :butt

We've had one out of three members getting an email today saying thanks etc. for joining but none of the three, including that one, have it in their purchase history. Will wait and check again at the end of the week as by then it will, obviously, have been sorted with their usual expert efficiency!

I just don't get our TO. They have taken payment for 2 out of our 3 memberships registered at our address, register at the same time  with the same bank details... and still NO FOOKIN EMAIL shambles

I have the email now. Also i rang the TO and from the horses mouth, its proved a nightmare doing it this way, with them also changing the cards too. its all been done abit backwards really, especially initially saying there taking payments on a certain date, deleting that and then taking them a week later. ahh well all sorted now, NOW LETS BEAT BORO and hope they dont fuck the european sales up next year  ;)

I don't have auto renew turned on, I usually pay in July. There's no panic with renewing this year because of the new cards is there?

I'd gone to the effort I've checking as well but I checked the ticketsite, not this membership page. Why be separate :( ?

Mine says Light Membership to July 2018 but 'payment updating is temporarily disabled'.

Not sure whether it's gone through or not as my bank transactions haven't caught up from the weekend yet. No email either.
