Or maybe not........
All prices are a guide and we will endeavour not to go over the prices stated above.
So basically the prices they have listed mean nothing. If we do draw Man Utd, they could potentially charge higher, and they also don't state that those are maximum prices. Given the volume of people in the ACS, they may well charge that for all games.
That's a fair assessment mate and well spotted but based on previous seasons I'm sure the prices they have charged have come in below the figures that are stated there sometimes.
Here is the image from last season
--League Cup--
Tottenham expected price £42. Actual price £27
Leeds expected price £27. Actual price £27
Southampton expected price £42. Actual price £32
--FA Cup--
Plymouth expected price £15. Actual price £14
Wolves expected price £25. Actual price £25
There's an argument that they have to reduce the League Cup ones in order to sell the ground out I guess and that none of the above are the top tier levels of opposition but the semi final was nicely cheaper than expected. After the ticket protest they didn't bump United up massively in the Europa league either. And yes, accepted the wording does appear to give them wriggle room if we get Everton/United to raise the prices but I just think that we're more likely to see prices come in under the ones listed than above if that makes sense mate.
