I see that quite a few people haven't posted due to RAWK's servers being down yesterday morning. I don't know what rushyman's decision will be as far as the main competition, but I'm tempted to reschedule the Premiership round for a later date. There's nothing on this in the rules, so, strictly by the book, the results should stand, but I suppose there should be some fair play involved. We have two weeks to reach a decision, so I'd like to hear everyone's views - preferrably before you've checked whether your opponent has posted or not and what the score would have been ;).

what for those who put their prediction in

I'm just canvassing opinion, that's all. The way I see it, there aren't too many options:

1. all results stand
2. results stand for the main league, the Premiership round is replayed
3. the whole round is null and void

I'm not too bothered whatever the decision. By the book, I think all results should stand, but that would then have to be the case even if only one person made a prediction and everyone else didn't - and I think I know which way the vote would go in such a case ;).

I think as its not in the rules All Results Should stand. I don't think we should punish those people who tend to post early.

But also an addition to the rules will be needed, incase of another circumstance like this arising again.

We had this scernario before on lfc.tv and all results stood then as well.

Would like to know other peoples views!

Its very clear to me, there’s nothing in the rules about it and the people who leave it to the last minute always take this risk though it’s small,  I do it myself sometimes. It has happened before and the results stood, the rules have not changed or been amended since so it’s clear. Results stand

Sincere apologies to people who miss out

Table will appear tomorrow

Of course it is completely at Bo's discretion whether he re-schedules the Prem fix. That’s totally different.

One suggestion about that Bo:

All results that were completed stand and the ones that were affected replayed during a cup game or something

So I suppose it would be up to me, Olly, catterfeld and Mivi who’s opponents didn’t have a prediction to play ball. I’m fine with it

Once again apologies to those who didnt make it

PS

If there are no objections I think posting on .tv or ynwa when, and only when , they cant get on here might be a decent addition to the rules

My opponent didn't turn up last week either so I don't think he was affected by the server issue.  I'll replay it but don't necessarily think it's the fairest thing in my instance.

Actually, the longer I think about it, the more I think that we have to go by the book, so unless someone can come up with a really good argument against, the results will stand.

rushy, I don't think it's necessary to involve other forums (.tv is useless for a start ;)), it's unlikely that this will happen very often.

I have no problem with that Rushyman. I think the later posters like myself get a slight advantage anyways (unless people edit their posts).

I would've only picked up about 12 points anyways. I think there was a couple who correctly guessed the score and good for them. They shouldn't be punished.

You can edit your post at any time before the deadline. However, if you leave it like this, you'll give rushy a headache ;).
