Nerves do look to be getting to us a bit.  I don't think the roar when Villa scored helped as we've barely strung three passes together since.  Klopp will sort that one out at least.

Hopefully Thiago can carry on but didn't look good.  For me I'd go for Milly if he can't as it's a half for big characters and Milly is one of the biggest going.

(Hopefully a change of boots at half-time for Konate, take his lead boots off and stick a pair of Adidas on)

I think we'll win, but it's not exactly deal that Wolves have had so many clear chances.

Lads I’m terrified. Dropping points against Wolves at the same time as City dropping points to Villa is nightmare material.

There is a second half to go, and usually we are much better then.

Im not into half time subs but get Van Dijk on.
I think he’ll come on as Klopp will want him to get some minutes before the CL final.

But if Thiago has to come off it might stop that.

Wasn't nervous before the match but honestly right now ive never been this nervous watching a game of football.
2001 uefa cup final.

Honestly, I couldn’t watch another like it…. I’d be in the cardiac unit ;D

For me, I’ve still got city winning 5 or 5-1… but it’s fun eh?  What a time to be alive!

Ok so it’s got interesting. All we can do now is to win but we obviously need to score. If Thiago goes off then that’s a big loss as he was our best player.

Poor mistake from Konate for their goal. Our defence look a bit shaky but that’s going to happen as we press forward. Great goal by Mane. TAA and Robertson need to get bett crosses in.

Diaz playing well. Hopefully he scores or sets up a goal.

Is it me or is Anthony Taylor always getting in the way when we’re in their box? I know he’s got to do something to make it harder for us but this is just taking the piss.

The occasion has got to us, we’ve stopped playing our game.  Calm down and play like we always do..

Thiago will be a loss, but we will cope.
Yeah, need to clam down big time. They played that half like they were chasing a 6 goal difference.

Reckon Milner on for Thiago at half time… experienced head.

I’d be tempted to get Van Dijk on to handle Jimenez and instill some calm in that back line.

i just think its the nature of the game. anfield is raucous, emotional and they are feeding off it too. we are playing high octane and they scored early so they got a taste for it.

Gave them a silly goal to get them in the game. A bit like Benfica we're wide open without Virg.

Bloody hell, I can't believe we've got to half time and there's still a chance, never mind city being behind. Can't get carried away, city are good enough to be in the lead within 5 minutes of the half starting. The only regret we can possibly have today is not doing our own job. Yes, the ground should be bouncing. Yes, everyone should be up for it. But we have to be sensible and play with calm heads.

I get resting players pre kick off.
But now, with the scores as they are, if VvD and Salah are fit, get them on for Jota and konate, because now it is on.
Let's go redmen.

Anyone got that ‘it’s happening’ gif?!

Hope Thiago is ok - massive blow for the second half and next week if not! I’d personally bring VVD on at half time just for his calmness, the players are frantic and playing like we have 5 minutes left. Just play our game and we’ll win, I know it’s easier said than done with the crowd reacting to the city game mind!
